EICR and PAT testing carried out, followed up with some remedial works. From first asking for a quote to completion of the job everything was done very professionally, efficiently and promptly. The electrician who came arrived within the time frame given, was polite, knowledgeable, professional in his manner and tidy. Emails were answered quickly. Will use again and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I asked for a quote to have communal lights fixed and the light timer to be put back into a correct sequence after power cuts left it all over the place. I received a quote very quickly and it was a very good price. The work was carried out very soon after the invoice was paid and all contact had with the company was very good. Brilliant job and brilliant customer service. I shall use this company again and recommend them to anyone who needs an electrical job done.

I had required smoke and heat alarms installed in my home. From initially contacting Ideal Electrical Solutions (UK) Ltd, until the job completion, there were no issues at all.
Communications with IES, were excellent, and e mails dealt with promptly. I would have no hesitation in utilising IES again, for any works required in my home.

Was easy to contact and have a quick appointment. They visited the space, had it evaluated and sent a quotation within 2 days. I reviewed some things and they were happy to assist. they came, installed all described in the project work list and left the premises clean and tidy ( A retail shop)

After getting several quotes from multiple companies, IES was the only one to provide a practical solution that didnt involve ripping up floorboards. I would certainly use their services again.

Smoke alarm replacement and inter linked heat alarm installed, compliant with new Scottish regulations. Quality wireless set up from leading manufacturer included in quote at a reasonable price. Alarms tested after completion. I would recommend this company and will use their service again. I had the switch for my shower fixed, the guy informed me that the wiring was not safe and fixed the problem. He was very professional and polite and cleaned up any mess that was left, I was very happy with the job he did I would recommend Ideal Electrical Solutions very highly.

Two dimmer switches replaced with normal switches, pendant fitting checked a repaired, and my smoke alarm tested. The electrician who visited the property was friendly professional and helpful. I must add that the whole experience from initial contact to completion of work and payment was a delight. Ideal Electrical Solutions communication is the best I have come across from any trade company I have dealt with in the past, from the booking of the appointment online, reminder emails, invoice and receipt and the ability to make easy payments on a computer system they are using that makes it clear at every stage. Very impressed, and I will only be using this company for electrical work in the future
