We are specialists in EICR Tests (Electrical Installation Condition Report), PAT testing, Fire Alarm Testing & Maintenance, Emergency Light Testing, Inspections & Certificates, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Gas Safety Checks & Certificates, Electrical Repairs, Fuse Board Replacements, Smoke Alarm Installation and EV Charger installation, Lead testing, Lead Water Testing and CCTV installations.
From a security side we install smart door bells, intruder and wireless burglar alarms.

Mark and the team are very reliable and informative and despite being very busy always make the effort to fit ab appointment in. I rent a flat in edinburgh and the guys at ies advised me what I need to do to make the property ready to rent and carried out the works promptly and for a reasonable cost.

When I approached ideal Electrical Solutions for a rewire project they could not have been more helpful. I really didn’t know where to start but I knew I needed the job done. Their advice was excellent and when the project started they were available at every step of the way to work alongside me and had no issue when my wife changed her mind about things.

We had smoke and heat detectors installed in two properties we have. The company did a site visit. Gave an estimate which we were happy with. Agreed a date and time. They arrived when they said they would. Workmen were efficient and cleaned up after them.
The company were also involved in the renovating of my daughters small flat. They took the pressure off me, by being the main liaison point for the other trades involved.

I recently had electrical work done by IES. I needed a full rewire from an old electrical box. Mark came round and advised me as to what would be the best way forward. He was very easy to talk to and gave brilliant advise. The team he sent to carry out the work were very efficient and tidied up as they went along. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Great job guys!
