New sockets put in place in our living room and current sockets upgraded to match the new ones. This was the original request and the team were more than happy to add some additional requests on to the job list on the day. Excellent customer service, great work and would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

The electrician arrived absolutely bang on time to fit linked smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detectors in line with new regulations. He carried out all the work quickly, efficiently, politely and was easy to deal with, responding to particular needs and answering questions informatively. We are really happy with the work done and would definitely use this company again.

Checking immersion heater which had blown a fuse. Unfortunately it could not be rectified but nevertheless Chris did his very best to check out if he could fix it, was very helpful in explaining what the problem was and recommended plumbers to get the work done.

Ideal fitted a bathroom fan earlier in the year and I was so impressed I have just had them back to fit two additional fans. The electrician was punctual, friendly and professional and good quality fans were provided.

IES provided a full test of the electrics when we moved in as we knew some work needed doing. They then provided their recommendations and we chose to have them complete the improvements including fitting a new fuse board and to also change some plug sockets and add some new ones. They were always on time, efficient, friendly and tidy. We left the quote a while before dealing with, due to other works, and they were still quick and helpful when we went ahead. I will definitely be using them again!

Very well organised, good communication and with a great system integrating appointments, invoicing and payments. Used them before several times - minimal fuss - never need to chase them for anything. Perfect if you are a landlord with a rental property.
