I had an electric fire removed. Really easy to arrange, arrived on time at a convenient time for me and worked quickly. Invoicing and payment also very straightforward.

I just needed some wall plugs moved and installed. IES were happy to do this even though it was a small job. They arrived when they said they would. Were very efficient, completed the job and tidied up after. Prices were fair. I definitely would recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

We were moving house and required work done urgently to solve an electrical problem that was highlighted on the survey. Ideal Electrical attended to the problem promptly and thoroughly and we would continue to use them in we still lived in the same area.

We needed an overhaul of the electrics in the house - we'd had problems with tripping circuits and an unusually large number of burnt out lights. IES were professional, careful and clearly explained what they found, and then put some really well worked out options on the table for us. Upshot, a stable system and lights that don't go pop. The charges were fair and reasonable - good value for money.

Works include annual PAT testing and full test of electrical installation, installation of new sockets in kitchen as well as relocation of various sockets around flats, installation of power to upgrade hot water cylinder, upgrading of electrical supply to existing shower.

We then sent a quote for the EICR and time for further investigation to which the customer approved. The electrician then re attended on the 19th April 2018 completed the EICR and Fault found on Circuit 3 of DB in middle Landing was then disconnected. The customer was invoiced for time spent at the property which was approved.
