Had a list of things around the house that needed done including new light fittings, ceiling pendants replaced and old halogen lights changed for LED.
Electrician arrived on time & completed the job and cleaned up after himself.
Very satisfied.

I highly recommend Paint Edinburgh. Colin and Katie are very responsive over email, quotes were very reasonable, organisation was very easy and he was always on time. He's also a lovely person and easy to talk to. He did three rooms for me - two bedrooms and the hallway including woodwork, doorframes and windowsills - all to an excellent standard and very efficiently. When I needed to change the colour of the woodwork (paint mixed wrongly by the shop, NOT Colin's fault AT ALL), he came back to fit me in the next week to re-do it, again for a very reasonable price. He was also kind to and careful of my cat while working. I'll be recommending Colin and Paint Edinburgh to anyone and everyone I know who asks for a painter/decorator. Thank you.

We have had a number of jobs carried out by the team from Fixable at our Corstorphine property. I can honestly say that each one has been done with care and consideration to a very high professional standard. Their team are always polite and take care on the work they do leaving the site clean and tidy on completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fixable for any building, joinery or DIY needs. Attached is a photo of the Facia they did to our garage recently.

I used Apsire in 2021 to fit a new bathroom and boiler / pipework. I have used them since then to maintain the boiler.

On this occassion the job was radiator replacement and heating system cleaning.

I find the office staff responsive and booking/quotes system clear. The system engineer (Kyle) who came to install new radiators was professional, respectful of both myself and the property. He is knowledgeable, with a willingness to answer questions and make recommendations. I would recommend Aspire as a company for large and small jobs.

The job entailed re mastic around all seven windows , unseal six upper sashes painted shut , overhaul & paint all external windows from inside
( fourth & fifth floors ) Not an easy job .
The painter arrived on time & worked solidly all day . Took great care to lay cloths and wrap items with plastic sheeting , so the flat remained as clean & dust free as possible . All this took longer than expected , so in total it was six days .
I can heartily recommend Thistle Decorators . The painter did a great job .

We chose Ogilvie Hayes as their knowledge was so apparent from the outset.

We had three trees trimmed and one tree cut down. The work was carried out meticulously and we were kept advised throughout the process.

They worked in an orderly fashion from start to finish and left the garden tidy and free from debris.

My new house had 7 light fittings missing. I contacted Harkins & Vickers a local business and they were quick to send out an estimator for the work required to fit new ones. Conor and Jason were prompt, tidy, careful and terrific at the installation which took all day. The 7 lights were all very different, and had been prepared by the supplier, but they had all the kit necessary to solve any issues. They also had to construct the scaffolding. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I will use H&V again for any electrical work and am happy to recommend them.

I’ve just had a completely positive experience with this company. The person who estimated the job turned up on time and was polite and friendly: the team of initially three then two who came to do the job could not have been more cheerful, helpful and efficient. And all for what seemed a very fair price.
