Review a trader

I have now used Lamb & Kerr Properties on four separate occasions, including smaller jobs, a recent extension, and snagging work from previous trades used from other firms.

On every occasion, they have been on time, on budget, and completely honest and upfront from start to finish. Their knowledge and guidance were invaluable when making key decisions, and they went above and beyond to help source the best prices for materials, which was a huge help.

Communication has always been excellent - they either answer the phone straight away or return calls promptly, and they are very responsive to emails.

Overall, I'm extremely happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them.

My shower was not working, I contacted them at 12 noon, had a response straight away and Paul arrived at 2pm the same day.

He soon had the shower repaired and working and at a great price.

A roof inspection was done professionally by Stewart and Andy that they didn't only focus on the roof itself but also checked the loft's condition. They pointed out that the ridge tiles were not properly attached and moss clearing was required.
The works was scheduled a few days later which was earlier than expected - I expected it to start a week later, anyway the earlier the merrier.
Both Robbie and Callum were fantastic. The boys were well-mannered and sincere. Robbie walked me through the job brief and time required and what to be expected upon completion. I didn't see a single spot of moss in my garden as they wrapped them up nicely. They respected my property and mostly their profession very much. The job was completed in 1.5 days. A nice roof was restored!

Thank you so much for the above and beyond work - from the sales team, to surveyors and to roofers. They are marvellous. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service, delighted with the result.....the plumber phoned prior to visit informing me he was on his way and was able to solve the problem very promptly thereafter.

John had previously renewed my shower cabinet and now I have had the rest of the en-suite done. I am very happy with the result. All who were involved were very good workers and tidied up afterwards. The work was done quickly, within a week. I also appreciated the help given by Mark from the Wildboar showroom.

All broken plastic guttering around house removed and replaced with cast iron guttering,minor roof repairs carried out too.
Excellent job, price and communication, would happily use again.

Jakub is an excellent tradesperson, not only a registered gas safe engineer but a talented carpenter and builder. He recently helped me renovate a property that was left in a bad state by a tenant. This included new timber decking, laminate flooring, kitchen units, worktop, extractor and plumbing, new shower and screen, new boiler housing cupboard and more! Excellent craftsmanship and totally reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.
