Had two very good bathroom refurbishments for a very reasonable price by Constantin who was very reliable and completed the work on time.

PSZ Stone Partnership have just finished repointing the back wall of our tenement, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the very start they were clear, organised and professional. They inspected the site thoroughly before quoting, provided a really detailed written quote, and even sourced three separate scaffolding quotes so we got the best price.

The quality of the pointing and stonework is excellent, but it was their attitude and care that really stood out. They showed up when they said they would, worked incredibly hard, kept everything tidy and were genuinely lovely to deal with. While the scaffolding was up they spotted an issue with our roof, arranged for a roofer they trusted to come out, and had it fixed at the same time which saved us a lot of hassle and extra cost. They noticed every detail, went above and beyond, and delivered the job on time and within budget. I’d recommend PSZ to anyone looking for skilled, trustworthy stonemasons.

We used AMF Access for a tricky setup on our Edinburgh tenement. The team turned up on time and worked hard over the course of 4 days setting it up safely. We were getting the whole wall pointed and repairs on the tenement roof, which took just over 2 months. As soon as the work had been completed, they again worked quickly as a team to remove the scaffolding over 1.5 days. They made sure to tidy up after themselves and were nice people to have around (I think was Kenny's team?) - very polite and friendly!

Installing replacement outside light, adding additional sockets, adjusting/hanging 2 pendant light fittings in newbuild house.

Various power and lighting additions and modifications throughout the house, all done to a very good standard. Biggest positive was the communication with Neil and his team who carried out the works. Showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the job in good time.

Lovely people doing an excellent job: we had the team out to cut back and tidy a large conifer hedge, they were quick, tidy and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Really top-work for a 1-off garden clean up. Great value for money and amazing what they were able to achieve in a day!
