Excellent communication and work done on chimneys at my property. Would happily contract again.

We had external decoration of stonework,wood and metal completed by Borthwick.
The service provided was excellent. Prompt, efficient and thorough with very good communications with management staff and operatives throughout.

Job well done with sound advise for the future

Most recently Ross replaced sections of damaged cast-iron guttering, removed a variety of redundant cables at our request and pointed any areas so damaged.
Previously he has repaired leaks in the gutters and checked our roof.
We have always found Ross to be most obliging, trustworthy, reliable and his charges fair. It's a relief to know of a trusted roofer to call on when needed.

Excellent company. We felt confident right from the start. Jamie provided a thorough and well structured assessment of our roof (which spanned two New Town tenements and included nine owners). Good use of drone technology to get accurate pictures and detail. It made it possible for us to discuss the detail of the work, make decisions about immediate and longer term work, and agree all the arrangements. Once the work started, Dunwell used a reliable, high quality scaffold company to create a safe, sound platform.The work was undertaken efficiently and thoroughly and thorughout, all our questions and small matters arising were addressed quickly. Dunwell was flexible, responsive and thorough. The team was friendly, efficient and managed the work with good pace. Couldn’t do better. The guarantees are reassuring. But also, as a group of owners clubbing together, Dunwell managed our invoices individually once we informed them about the split between us. All in all, a smooth painless experience. Highly recommend.

We got Chris and his team to paint our house's soffits and fascias, gutters and drainpipes, and external window sills in anthracite grey, to match our windows and external doors. We were delighted with the job they did, the result looks great, and they were very efficient, tidy, and friendly and easy to deal with. We felt that the cost of the work was very reasonable too, and will definitely be using them again in future when we need some internal painting done.

Good job, well done. Particularly impressed by their communication skills, constant updates on arrival and so forth. I have already recommended them to a family member.

John and his team at Tecx repaired our flat roof, added external insulation and did two rooflights for us. As always, their work was of a very high standard, they were polite, dependable and punctual. We can't praise them highly enough.

We had 2 seperate jobs completed by Elite Roofing services recently. Our roof was cleared of moss (hand scraped not pressure washed), three cracked slates were replaced at the same time and our gutter was re-aligned to solve an overflow of water down the rear roof wall. The second job involved filling a hole in the guttering and patching the sofit following squirrels nesting in the loft. There have been no more squirrels. They also surveyed the loft interior to assess condition and advised intelligently and with common sense without charge as well as fixing some loose guttering brackets again at no additional cost. Mark and his roofers were quick to identify and understand our roofing issues and the options available, they itemised estimated work fully and clearly, were friendly, prompt, communicated well, were thoughtful and well organised and were excellent value for money. We will use them again for ongoing maintenance and recommend them without hesitation. Excellent!
