We are specialists in EICR Tests (Electrical Installation Condition Report), PAT testing, Fire Alarm Testing & Maintenance, Emergency Light Testing, Inspections & Certificates, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Gas Safety Checks & Certificates, Electrical Repairs, Fuse Board Replacements, Smoke Alarm Installation and EV Charger installation, Lead testing, Lead Water Testing and CCTV installations.
From a security side we install smart door bells, intruder and wireless burglar alarms.

I needed some light fixtures replaced. It included 2 chandeliers, a regular light fitting, replacing a bayonet fixture that had eroded, and replacing 9 spotlights. The electricians were fabulous. Arrived when they said they would, were professional and polite, and they did an amazing job. Thanks! Will not hesitate to use this company in the future.

IES did a full house rewire for me and the job was done within a week and timing was exactly as planned. I did have to move out to allow for that rapid completion of the work, but given the disruption that a rewire causes I was happy to get out of the way. The team was very efficient and good at explaining things and asking questions of me in a timely way. I will be using IES for any further electrical work and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thanks Chris!

They provide a service that is professional & their engineers have a great range of skillsets to fit our needs . PPM They look after our Water Monitoring, Emergency lights and other legislative compliance works, as well as reactive works, Their engineers are nice, presentable, and always do a good job for us. We always recommend and they are our first choice.
