This company rewired a tenanted house when it was occupied as the tenants did not want to vacate the property. it was explained to them that this would be a difficult project however they were prepared to accept some disruption as the property suited all their requirements. The whole job was undertaken on as thoroughly professional basis and when the tenants returned home in the evening everything was back in place and very clean and tidy. A very decent pleasant workforce who were always ready to adapt as necessary and they were very well supervised.

Exceptional service from IES. I have now used them several times with different engineers and every one of them has been corteus, reliable and friendly. Had an extension done and was on look out for someone to do some wiring etc for us. Quite a few people I know recommended ideal electrical solutions very highly and I checked them online and a lot of positive reviews online so I booked them.

Ideal Electrical Solutions came when my boiler pretty much 'blew up' and the emergency heating engineer advised I needed an electrician. IES were recommended and, when I explained the circumstance - that the thermostat had overheated and blown to the point of smoking, they came in less than two hours and checked/replaced the related sockets and wiring, making it safe for the heating engineer to replace the thermostat.

They were extremely helpful and efficient and spoke directly to the heating engineer about the work required. The electrician explained the difference in the wiring/socket he had used so I had no concerns at all and there was no mess left after the work was finished

The charge was very reasonable and I would have no hesitation in using IES again or recommending them to anyone else. They gave me complete peace of mind that things were done correctly and I wouldn't have an 'exploding' boiler again.
