The guys at Corstorphine Gas Services Ltd. could not have been more professional and helpful. Lauren and Carly in the office were very helpful and organised for an engineer to come to my house and assess my broken boiler. I decided to have it replaced as the price seemed reasonable to me.

Shortly afterwards, Nathan, Tony and Mike arrived to fit the new boiler. The guys were so polite, professional and very tidy! They also cleaned up after themselves!! :) :)

They took the time to explain how the new boiler and the Hive App works and ensured I was comfortable using it. I am delighted I decided to use CGS and I will definitly be recommending them to anyone who will listen!

Would recommend company and this the third year i have used them.

After finding them so easy to use for a gas fire maintenance, we used corstorphine gas to get a boiler installed and our existing Rayburn relegated to a cooker only, plus a radiator installed to the room. It wasn’t the most straightforward of jobs but the team were great and prompt from quote to completion. Great communication and solid work. Would definitely recommend.

2nd time using CGS for our annual boiler service. The whole process from start to finish is so smooth I.e.Timely reminder received, easy to book, reminders received, engineer advised he was on his way and service conducted. All office staff and engineer really helpful and courteous would definately recommend without hesitation.

We had a total bathroom refit and are so happy with the end result. The process went smoothly from start to finish and we were very impressed with how it all worked to the agreed timetable. The quality of work from all of the trades was excellent and each and every one of the guys was pleasant, polite and really helpful. Making everything smooth and as stress free as it can be.
Also want to comment of the communication from Lauren and Caley in the office, it really helps to build confidence in a company when the office staff are as 'on the ball' as they are here. I'll definitely be recommending CGS to others and be back in touch with any other work I get done.

We have used Corstorphine Gas a number of times over the last couple of years and would highly recommend them . Had our boiler replaced and now use their annual maintenance too. Also had two showers replaced recently (not fitted by CGS originally) and both times, on time, professional and reasonable pricing. My mother also had her bath replaced for a shower recently too and really can’t speak highly enough for the whole process from quote through to completion. Highly recommend.

They are a punctual, responsive, efficient , polite/friendly , professional outfit who I will now call if I ever need plumbing/gas work done.

I've used Corstorphine Gas for a few years now, to replace my boiler, annual service plan, fire installation and plumbing work. They're first class. From the office staff to the engineers, they've extremely helpful, responsive and trustworthy, and it's great to get an alert so you know when the engineer is en route. They now have an electrician working for them, who installed an external socket and replaced a faulty outdoor light for me. Great work and super helpful. They're my go to business for plumbing, heating and now electrical needs. Highly recommended.

Efficient service provided and at a good price

Replace old boiler with new combi boiler and remove old HWC and water tank plus upgrade gas pipework from 15mm to 22mm. Highly professional work carried out on time and with great care to our property.

Annual boiler service, straightforward to arrange on a day and time that suited me. Worker polite, notified when on route, checked I was happy with everything. Third year of using this company, each time same good standard of work and communication.

All went according to plan and was carried out efficiently and with tradesmen who were polite and more than happy to keep me informed and asked my opinion when required!
