We were left without heating and hot water when our boiler lost pressure completely. We had wonderfully supportive service from all the team. They visited the same day and diagnosed and repaired a series of faults, taking time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why at each step, and to involve us in all decision making. Every engineer that came was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, and the office were outstanding in keeping in touch. We have no hesitation at all in recommending them and will certainly be staying with them ourselves for the future.

We had a leaking cistern. I phoned Tuesday morning, Shaun arrived at 1.00pm Thursday (2 hrs early). Very courteous, got straight on to the job and 40 minutes later the job was finished. Cleaned everything up when he was finished. Office contact was also very courteous and helpful. No hesitation to recommend CSG to anybody.

The CGS team replaced our entire heating and hot water system in December 21. Did a clean and tidy job and worked extended hours to ensure the job was completed on time. Very pleased and would highly recommend Lewis and the team.

I had a 15 year old boiler that was on its way out and breaking down every few months, and the guys were really quick and efficient getting things fixed so I could get my heating back on. I then used them to install my new boiler and they were great value for money when I compared my other quotes and researched the various types of boilers being recommended. They’re really organised, show up then you expect them, tidy up after themselves and the text system they use for arrival updates is great. Would highly recommend them.

We are so happy with the work Lewis and team did on replacing bathroom and preparing our kitchen to be replaced. It was one of the best experiences we have had in terms of people doing work on our flat. Everyone was so professional and worked to a really high standard. The office team were also hugely helpful and responsive, we always knew exactly what was happening and when. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent customer service from initial contact. On morning of work received a text to advise engineer on route and would arrive within ‘6 mins’ … pretty specific.

Ross arrived bang on time to service our boiler. We received a courtesy text to say he was on his way which I thought was a nice touch. He was very friendly and was happy to answer my questions about how the system worked. The service didn't take long at all. The admin team were very quick to respond to any queries and, like Ross, were also friendly. Booking the service was easy and they were able to fit me in soon after.

I'll be using Corstorphine Gas Services for my next boiler service and will definitely ask them about fitting a new bathroom in due course.

We had a new boiler fitted in a rental property this week. It wasn't a straightforward job as the guys had to re-site from the loft to the kitchen. The job looks very neat and there was no mess at all when I visited the flat after the job was completed. Thank you and we would not hesitate to recommend you in future.

I contacted Corstorphine Gas Services in relation to a faulty boiler/pressure issue. Shawn arrived on time and was extremely helpful and professional. He went out his way to solve the problem and explained it to me. The office staff were extremely friendly and communication was excellent.

I have had a gas heating boiler relocated and the heating system modified and also subsequently had my bathroom refitted.

I was very impressed with the company, everyone I had contact with was polite and professional and did a thoroughly good job.

New boiler installed, excellent & efficient service from Corstorphine Gas. Would highly recommended them.

We have just had an electric shower installed, radiator replaced, the bathroom re-tiled and new flooring laid. All the tradespeople involved were highly skilled, professional and friendly. When an unexpected complication arose, they worked relentlessly to find the cause of the problem and fixed it.

Communication was refreshingly straight forward and I was always kept up to date with progress and timescales.

I'm really happy with the standard of their work, and with the care and respect they showed while working here. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, and to recommend to anyone.

Boiler replacement work. Excellent prompt service The works were carried out in a very tidy and professional manner.

We had three new radiators installed and couldn’t fault the service. Two of the three radiators had scratches discovered after removing the packaging and they were fitted but just over a week later one was replaced and the top grill from the other also replaced.
Lewis even popped on the Saturday morning to rectify an issue that had appeared on the boiler after I called him, great service.

I had carried out some research on who could carry out a gas fire service and the reviews were very favourable.

When they arrived the resolved our issue and I asked for a quote to replace the boiler we had. Once the quote was in it appeared to be value for money on further checking. The work was booked in quickly and the communication from CGS was speedy and professional.

The boiler being fitted was an easy experience from our perspective. Robbie was prompt, polite and explained what would be done and what would need turned off during the work. He was highly professional, exceptionally tidy and patient with my questions. All the work being carried out was completed in 8hrs with a brief lunch break. We will be asking for services to be carried out by CGS.
