No bother at all - the plumber arrived early and was finished in 30 mins. Was able to get a booking quickly as well.

Gas boiler service completed by Ross. Heads up text received prior to arrival and arrived bang on time. Thorough inspection and appreciated the time Ross took to carefully explain a question I had on the boiler workings.
Previous dealings with 'National' boiler companies have been terrible (expensive, late cancellations, incomplete work etc) and our experience of switching to and dealing with CGS (new boiler installed and annual service) has been the best decision ever. Excellent value for money and a very professional and courteous service.

Boiler broke down not heat or water, called them first thing to see if they could help. Lewis came out a short time later explained the problem ordered part and repair was completed by lunchtime. Very impressed with service and would have no problem recommending this company.

We had an obscure hot water problem which had progressively degraded over years. Other gas engineers and plumbers had been left scratching their heads, but each time they left us with cold showers!
Lewis and the team worked really hard to drive down into the problem and finally found the issue! I was overjoyed.

CGS fitted a new back boiler into the loft to replace an old back boiler. Communication throughout was excellent and the work was performed to a high standard with them taking the time to get the job done right. Their staff and the subcontractors (roofer and electrician) were friendly and polite and tidied up after themselves. The job was effectively project managed throughout.
I will be using CGS for servicing and any other works and have already recommended them to friends.

Boiler packed in midday on hogmanay, had it back running before end of day. Return visit for full service and to replace component. All fine with boiler. However, when gas went back on, found a small pressure drop in the gas system - but not the boiler. Took the time to identify and correct the problem (loose connection to a gas fire, not easy to access, took a bit of craftsmanship to finish the job). All good now.

I moved into a new home and found that I am not familiar with the heating system. It was around Christmas time, and everybody was very busy. However, Corstorphine Gas immediately sent an engineer to check my heating system when they heard that I was out of heating and hot water.

I replaced the old system boiler with a combi boiler based on their recommendation. Although the replacement happened a bit late due to the holidays, Corstorphine Gas tried to get the job done ASAP. Very happy with the installation, no hesitate to recommend the service.

By the way, now I have removed the hot water tank and got more room for storage.

I used Corstorphine Gas Services for the 1st time recently after they were recommended to me. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!! The service received from start to finish was excellent and the Engineer (Ross) that came to do the work at my flat was superb.

I needed a new radiator at very short notice in between having a room decorated this did not caused a problem for CGS they came and took old radiator away one day and fitted the new one when decorator had finished his work which I appreciated as they were very busy. The service and communication from this company is excellent with Lauren keeping me informed all the time. The guys who came worked quickly and cleanly and did a great job so thank you once again . I have used them three or four times now and will certainly do so again.

Extremely pleased with the whole installation. Lewis is very professional and his installation team of Cammie and Nathan were polite, friendly and efficient. I would recommend Corstorphine Gas any time.

Today was service to boiler.. very happy with everyone I have dealt with in the company.. very reliable

Ross was thorough and methodical in his work. He explained any questions and was friendly.

Replaced faulty inlet valve on cistern. Very prompt service, arrived on time and did a good job. Not the cheapest but I would definitely use again

Arranged a prompt boiler service. Received a text message morning of the visit to confirm the engineer was on route. The engineer was friendly and completed the task with no issues. Would definitely recommend and use again.
