CGS came out to a boiler breakdown within 24 hours and resolved. They asked for photos and video of the fault so they brought the right part and resolved in one visit. Engineer - Jamie - was exceptionally pleasant and professional. Lauren kept us informed throughout. Outstanding service and highly recommend.

Really happy with the service from the initial survey/quote to the actual fitting of the boiler. Everyone came when they said they would, and there is great communication at every stage from both engineers and admin. I really like their messaging system, including the engineer tracker so you know exactly when they're going to arrive. My biggest compliment, which it probably shouldn't be, was how clean they left the place afterwards. I'd given access to my flat in the morning as I had to work and when I went round in the evening, I wondered if they'd actually been at all. Even round about the boiler, there wasn't a bit of dust or dirt for me to clear - that to me shows a real pride in your work and complete consideration for your customers.

We decided to replace our elderly boiler with a new regular boiler. We did some research prior to contacting any supplier so we would gain some insight into how are needs could be best met. We then invited Companies to provide a survey and quote. One Company absolutely stood out for their professionalism, knowledge and clear advice. A company that was not only prepared to offer boilers to suit but who advised us against having certain boilers fitted because they had experienced problems with them. Please note these boilers were manufactured by the same company so it was not a case of favouring one manufacturer over another. Within a few hours of the survey we had received a detailed quote. And a quote that compared very favourably to others. We agreed the quote set a date and on the day scheduled the 2 engineers Cammy & Nathan arrived, were briefed by Lewis who had conducted the survey and then completed the work in a professional, diligent and informative manner exhibiting care throughout. Upon completion they demonstrated controls to us. Lauren who manages the office has also been diligent and helpful in her communication helping us along the way. Our experience with Corstorphine Gas Services has been excellent. If like me you want to work with good reliable trustworthy businesses who deliver what they say they will then I wholly recommend them.

Replacement central heating boiler,radiator and pipework. Attended on date and time agreed. 2 engineers were very helpful throughout and worked without breaks. Covered all floor surfaces and removed all material and cleaned up thoroughly. Completed job on time. Performance impressive overall justifying Trusted Trader status.

My central heating wouldn't come on. Corstorphine gas came out on the same day and fixed it. The office staff were very helpful and efficient, they told me the time the engineer would come and also messaged when he was on the way. The engineer was professional and explained exactly what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

From start to finish Corstorphine Gas Services were excellent. They turned up same day to investigate my old boiler breakdown and quickly provided a quote for repair or replacement. I ultimately decided to replace my old boiler (on its last legs.)

Have used them for putting in a full gas boiler and heating into my flat last year.

The boiler had a problem about 6months later had my letting agent to get someone in to diagnos the issue and priced of £400. I know what they said the issue was couldn't be possible along with the price. Got Corstorphine Gas in to have a look and was sorted easily and only £90 so can imagine the call to my letting agent.

Corstorphine Gas Services is now the only company to do anything with gas and plumbing.

They've also just serviced the boiler plus my own.

We had an issue with our water pressure sensor which meant we had no hot water or heating. I contacted Corstorphine Gas Services late on the Tuesday afternoon and an engineer was round on Wednesday early afternoon. The engineer who came out was brilliant, he answered all our questions and gave us additional information about our boiler and what to expect from it in the coming years. He quickly fixed the part and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Corstorphine Gas Services and will definitely be using them again!
