The service and communication was great from start to finish for a bathroom installation and will definitely use again for future jobs.

Excellent friendly service throughout. Replaced five radiators and reconfigured underfloor pipes. Work carried out with care, attention to detail and our inconvenience kept to a minimum. Floorboards and carpets refitted perfectly. Highly recommended and will definitely use again for any future gas/plumbing needs.

We chose Corstorphine Gas Services from the Worcester website to replace our boiler. From the initial visit by Lewis, we were confident with what they were going do and they answered all our questions promptly and fully. The work was carried out efficently and tidily by the team and completed on the day. They also spent time explaining the Hive system they had installed. They came back promptly to fix a small snagging issue which had only been identified at the end of the day. We would have no hesitation in using this firm again and will have them back for the annual boiler service.

I had a new combi Ideal boiler installed and the old boiler and water tank removed. Lewis was very patient with me and my anxiety of being left water tankless, providing me with various quotes.
As I'm in a third floor (top) flat, there needs to be clearance for the flue. Lewis researched that the Ideal flue could be replaced in the original flue hole, which saved a lot of money on scaffolding being not required.
Cammy made a neat and tidy job, clearing up all the mess and taking it away.

Used this company to replace heating system from tanked to combi boiler, yearly services and other little bits. Always show up when they say they would, well priced, efficient, friendly and professional, from the office to the engineer. Would recommend.

Whole experience was a breath of fresh air, especially after another firm let me down. Communication fantastic from the start and a detailed quote and breakdown was provided before work commenced. Everything happened on schedule and the work was done to a extremely high standard. I needed a full heating service and all radiators replaced along with some kitchen and bathroom plumbing.

The guys that came out to do the work were a credit to the company. Professional, friendly and sensible, with an eye for the details. They took a lot of care lifting and relaying existing carpets and flooring and generally left everything tidy and better than they found it.

Hope to use these guys again going forward, relieved to find this company!

This is the second time I've used CGS and they've been great - good communication and service. Highly recommended.

Fault on gas fire which was fixed to satisfaction. Delay in parts delayed job but nonetheless communication was very good. Not sure of value for money as did not shop around for other quotes. Would use company again and would recommend.

Just Fabulous! Lewis, Lauren and the whole team. CGS did a brilliant job fitting out a cloakroom WC and upgrading my central heating. They were very easy to communicate with, very helpful and obliging, gave me a schedule of works that they adhered to 100%, each trade doing exactly what they were asked to and with great professionalism, their work is top class and they were a pleasure to work with. I am more than happy with everything and would definitely use again and recommend.
