Have had my boiler serviced for the last 2 years and service is always excellent. Prompt, friendly and efficient, definitely recommend.

Had Lewis come out as ongoing issues with boiler that no other engineer picked up on so thought I would try someone different.
He informed me of the issue and cost within 24 hours, it was an older boiler and there was other problems with it. Gave costing for repair and to replace, more cost effective to replace. They still managed to get out and complete the replacement work even with the additional call outs due to the snow.

Completely replaced my old boiler, which included taking up the floor in order to change some pipes as I originally had an older system. No complaints. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived. About 5-6 months later and everything still works perfectly. Good communication, professional and reasonably priced.

We have had two boilers serviced, an issue with a dripping overflow pipe fixed and a major problem with water pressure sorted. Absolutely delighted with service. Brilliant system where you are emailed a quote which you accept online. You also receive a text on the day of your appointment so you know when the plumber is on his way. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had been really worried about our water pressure which meant two bathrooms were out of action and was so relieved when the problem was easily resolved. We will definitely use Corstorphine Gas Services again.

We desperately required a new combi boiler to replace our existing ageing model. When asking through friends and neighbours for recommendations for fitting, one name cropped up every time, Corstorphine Gas Services.
Contact was quick and helpful. At the site survey, Lewis took time to explain the best options and the work involved. Quote for the work was received same day and a date for fitting quickly agreed (short timescale was a godsend). Pricing was extremely competitive (National Gas companies quoting considerably more).
A pre-arrival text was received on the day of fitting and the engineers on site were polite and helpful throughout. At the end of the work, the engineer patiently explained all the controls and helped set up SMART connection - being a self-confessed technophobe, this was much appreciated!
Very rarely these days do you get tradespeople who appreciate and value their customers- too often we are made to feel like they are doing the customers a favour (which is often reflected in their pricing). Corstorphine Gas Services clearly buck that trend! Great job.
