Hot water failed on central heating system. Phoned in the morning. I was advised they'd try and get someone out the same day or next. They said they would phone me later to keep me updated. I got the phone call and an engineer would be available the same day. Shawn turned up, diagnosed the fault, described what he was doing and replaced the faulty part. The customer service from start to finish was excellent. I'd use them again and would recommend Corstorphine Gas Services Ltd.

Great service from CGS who refurbished our downstairs cloakroom. Good communication and excellent overall service.

CGS moved our hot water tank into the attic. Job was done on time, all communications were excellent, left everything very tidy. Would be happy to use them again.

Corstorphine Gas Services completely refurbished our bathroom. We are very happy with all the work carried out. From the very first contact about the project, through ordering and fitting, the Corstorphine Gas team have given a top notch service. We were given a handover at the end of each day to say what stage was reached and what would happen the following day. All the guys cleaned up as they went along and, on completion, cleaned thoroughly.

When it became apparent the shower manufacturer had made an error with the parts it was quickly resolved by Corstorphine Gas and they managed to move their work schedule to finish our project within the week which was much appreciated.

All in all, we're delighted with our new bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Corstorphine Gas to family, friends and neighbours.

Had a minor problem with a boiler in my property. Thankfully nothing was actually wrong with the boiler, Mitch and Andrew, kindly helped me to reset the boiler, checked everything thoroughly and more importantly, set my mind at ease!
The office followed up professionally, checking I was happy with the service.
As the boiler only really needed to be reset, they very kindly and fairly discounted my bill.

The job involved the complete renovation of a bathroom and I'm delighted with the results. Everyone involved in advising me, and designing and installing it was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. All my emails were answered immediately and I was kept informed at all times about who would be coming and when, and they always came on time. The quote for the boiler especially was very fair compared to another company for same boiler, the savings were substantial and they went above and beyond with the work, adding in a few things that were not in the quote however quote remained the same, would definitely recommend

We have had a few jobs done by CGS, some small plumbing repairs but more recently a new combi boiler installation to replace the old back boiler/hot water tank. Robbie came out to assess the house and make a note of work required, the quote was then sent by email on the same day. Any further questions were answered promptly by the office staff - communication is fantastic. The work itself was messy including replacing radiators, moving radiators (so getting under floor boards), installing new boiler and removal of old waste. Following the work all mess was tidied and the house left in an acceptable condition. Although there was an electrical problem following the work, the electrical subcontractors followed this up and it was fixed before we received the final invoice. Lots of options for payment making it easy. Very happy with our new heating system, thank you.

Previously having had a bathroom refit done by this company we had no hesitation getting them to do a complete kitchen refit. All the CGS staff were very good. From start to finish we were given a timetable of works to be carried out which was kept to. The work was done to a high standard, although we had a couple of snagging issues there was no quibble and was sorted efficiently, we’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody.
