I had the bathroom completely refurbished by CGS Ltd. I am very pleased with the finished result. CGS organised all the trades involved and the work was completed to schedule and estimate and was carried out with minimum disruption and little mess.

CGS undertook a service on our boiler. The gas engineer, Shawn, was really helpful in explaining what he was doing and what he was looking out for with each aspect of the service. I would definitely recommend using them in the future.

Two seperate small jobs in last year: repairing a toilet flush and outside garden tap, both completed on time, staff friendly and prior communication excellent.

My boiler broke down and when my usual plumber became unavailable part way through assessing the repair, the team at Corstorphine were able to help. We tried a couple of repairs but it became evident a new boiler would be needed. They sent me 3 quotes the on the Monday, i picked the boiler i wanted on the Tuesday and it was installed on the Wednesday. Thanks so much for all your help and prompt responses and installation.

I lost all pressure and had a leak in my heating system. The service provided was excellent, they were fast to react and the engineer continually explained what had gone wrong with the system and what he was going to do to to fix it. He explained in simple terms what all the areas of the system were and what their functions were. The problem was sorted very quickly with no mess and the engineer was friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends and will most certainly use them in the future if need be. Excellent service and excellent customer service.

We had a full boiler replacement, system flush and new pipework fitted to tidy up the old messy installation.

I had an Ideal gas boiler fitted and pipework upgraded to replace the old system. The folk at the office were helpful in organising this. Jamie and Joe showed great workmanship in carrying out the work. I thought they were thorough and had a professional approach to the job. Thankfully I have had no problems with the new heating system and would certainly welcome them back for any future work.

We were left without heating and hot water when our boiler lost pressure completely. We had wonderfully supportive service from all the team. They visited the same day and diagnosed and repaired a series of faults, taking time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why at each step, and to involve us in all decision making. Every engineer that came was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, and the office were outstanding in keeping in touch. We have no hesitation at all in recommending them and will certainly be staying with them ourselves for the future.

We had a leaking cistern. I phoned Tuesday morning, Shaun arrived at 1.00pm Thursday (2 hrs early). Very courteous, got straight on to the job and 40 minutes later the job was finished. Cleaned everything up when he was finished. Office contact was also very courteous and helpful. No hesitation to recommend CSG to anybody.
