I had a leak coming from my WC. Lauren got a plumber to me within 1 hr.
Derek fixed the leak, now all good.

We had a combi boiler replaced. The engineer turned up on time to look at the job and prepare the estimate. Estimate provided later the same day. The work was carried out quickly and to an excellent standard. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff who kept us informed at all stages of the work. Extremely tidy workers and completed the job on time, in one day. We can highly recommend this company. So pleased they are now renovating our bath and shower area.

Derek did a wonderful job unblocking 2 radiators which haven't been heating up for a while. It was a long and difficult job locating the pipework and repiping but his tenacity to get it done without having to go through the ceiling was well worth it as there was no repatching work required. At last I now have a toasty bedroom.

We had a new valve replaced on a leaky radiator. From start to finish everything was done really efficiently and promptly.

Lauren answered my initial contact even on a Sunday. Then kept in contact as appropriate. The engineer arrived on time and was very conscientious and polite. And did a good job without fuss.

We have a flat that needs lots doing to it. Stage one was to remove an old green bathroom. Stage 2 was a slight extension to house a utility, rip out an old shower, WC and sink and renovate into a new bathroom space.
As ever, there were moments of pressure and bits where communication between a professional person and a layman (& wife) who are trying to balance their preferences with their budget.
But the effect has been transformational. Clear comms throughout the process; workmen with skill and personality; and an outcome that, very minor snags notwithstanding, is amazing. Looking forward to working with CGS again on a bedroom and en suite… and hoping to persuade them to do a kitchen refurb once finances allow!

We had our gas boiler repaired at our business premises. A couple of different parts needed replaced, over a couple of occasions, and a general overview. The engineers were friendly, efficient and prompt, also explained the faults clearly. Although its a busy time of year they were able to send someone out quite quickly.
Also the overall booking and price quoting system was very efficient to use. Would recommend!

Kitchen tap replaced - existing one had been dripping for months.

Discussed the different options via phone and email and agreed that I would replace the tap as it was around 20 years old.

Reasonable estimate given, engineer turned up on time and work carried out cleanly and efficiently.

Would use again.

Had a leak in the cistern - I called CGS on 22 Dec - they were fully booked but managed to fit me in the same day which was very good of them as they were closing that day for Christmas. Ultimately they came on 10 Jan to do a ‘refurb’ and did an excellent job. The boys send a message to let you know when they will be arriving which is really helpful. Both Matty & Cammy were very helpful and informative. Reliable company - would definitely recommend.
