I had my old gas hob replaced with a gas on glass one . Mike arrived on time was very courteous did a great job took away all rubbish left house tidy so l was very pleased with this work. I have used this company a few times and would always use again . The girl in the office was also very helpful so thanks to all .

CGS Ltd replaced my boiler and radiators (the latter mostly straight replacements, but with one new electric radiator placed in a new position. Not the cheapest option, and I haven't seen all the new equipment in service over a winter, hence 4 stars for VFM and Quality of Product. However, these are not criticisms.

This is an excellent company to deal with. The customer service was first class. The quote process was clear and Lewis dealt with a number of queries via email with patience and courtesy. The installation team arrived on the agreed day and were pleasant, efficient and helpful. Based on our experience to date I shall be happily taking out a boiler service contract with this company.

One minor issue was that acceptance of the quote provided via on online system was a little strange in that the only option via that route appears to be immediate payment, which is not actually required until 7 days after all work is complete. However, an email resolved that issue quickly. And the quote was complete and transparent - absolutely no hidden extras.

Recently our Worchester boiler has had a problem, a blue light kept flashing. We called CGS, because they are specialized in repairing the Worchester boiler. We've got a very quick response. They found out the issue quickly and ordered the parts. Mike is a very kind and nice guy. By doing the annual gas safety inspection, he found the burner of our cooker was blocked partly, then he fixed it immediately. We are happy with their service and would like to give a thumb up. I phoned Corstorphine Gas Services due to no hot water. Although the problem was easily resolved, the engineer was very helpful in giving advice and guidance. The company was very quick to respond to my call and sent out an engineer the next day. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Our not very old boiler packed up and we asked our regular gas man to come and sort it. He had no idea what to do, charged us £30 for the visit and disappeared into the night!!

Corstorphine Gas had to liaise with two people for access to the property as we were on holiday by this time. They came, identified the problem, ordered the part and arranged a return visit. They came back and carried out the work. Perfect!
We have now had them back for an annual service and Jamie identified long standing routine servicing which had not been addressed by our last two gas men.

Every contact with this company was excellent. They were polite, efficient and effective. We have now asked them to carry out our annual servicing.

I've been using Lewis for 4 years now and cannot fault him or any of his team on their work, attitude or value for money. Lewis has done a number of jobs for us and he personally is always smiling, always honest and never tries to rip you off and he obviously instills the same attitude in his staff. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I had no hot water and was given an appt quickly. The engineer was polite and provided thorough advice on the issue before completely solving it. Couldnt have been happier! Highly recommend

Very impressed with the professional approach and willingness to help out when there was a tight timescale due to a house sale. Attended unnocupied property next day, fixed boiler then sent a long and considered email at 9pm that evening regarding the other issue that had complications re the sale exchange date. The office staff were helpful and accommodating. Based on my experience, would thoroughly recommend.

Used this company twice in the past couple of months - to service a gas fire and to replace a combi boiler.
Really pleased from the first visit to estimate the work, through both jobs. Helpful people from the boss to the office to the engineers; happy to advise and answer questions; work was right first time and they really tidy up afterwards. They offer good after sales / servicing options too.

Efficient and trouble free servicing of boiler and central heating systems for several rental properties. Engineers performed a great job and the office staff organising the work were great to communicate and do business with. Highly recommended. Will use again.

My radiators were not very warm over the winter so got these guys in to have a look. They recommended replacing the microbore pipes which have a tendency to become blocked with 15mm pipes.

The job they have done is excellent and a test run of the heating (obviously not needed just now) had the radiators piping hot.

The guys that did the work were top class leaving no mess. These guys top my list for plumbing needs in the future.

We have used Corstorphine Gas Services several times to service our boiler and gas fire. They are always quick to respond to emails and do an excellent job.

I had a new boiler fitted last week and everyone I've met / have spoken with in the company has been great. The guys who fitted the boiler were super quick and really quiet workers which was brilliant as my flatmate is working from home. All seems good so far, thank you very much.
