My boiler was losing pressure and I contacted Corstorphine Gas Services. Lewis emailed me and arranged to come and look at it. He explained what was wrong and fixed it. I then asked Lewis for a quote to arrange to supply and fit a new timer as the old one was not working. Lewis explained the different products available on the market now and came back quickly with a quote. He then installed the timer and thermostat system a couple of days later. It's great to find someone who explains the different options and takes the mystery out of it all! I would recommend this company.

Emergency boiler repair which was carried out very quickly and efficiently. The engineer phoned to enquire if he could come to assess the boiler at a specific time then called when he was 10 minutes from arriving at my house. He was very friendly and explained the boiler required a replacement part which he would need to obtain and return to fit however he restored my heating with a temporary fix. He then asked when it would be convenient to return with the part to compete the repair. He arrived on the requested day after I received a text confirming he would be able to carry out the work on the requested day. Again he phoned when he was 10 minutes away from arriving. The work was fully completed with no mess and very swiftly. This is the second time I have used the company and on both occasions found them to be extremely helpful and efficient. Would thoroughly recommend using them.

My boiler broke down shortly before Christmas. With some initial hesitation as they were fully booked with jobs upto the Christmas break, Lewis checked a few details of the job via photos I sent him and then confirmed they would fit me in, which was greatly appreciated. He very quickly provided three different cost options (and was open to sourcing another make if I had a particular model in mind) and gave useful advice to guide my decision.
