I had my gas fire and boiler serviced and was very happy with the quick and efficient work carried out. Also found out information for me and gave me great advice.

Annual boiler check completed with care and efficiency along with some helpful advice on how to set my boiler to work more efficiently.

I had a replacement Bosch combi condensing boiler fitted. I also had a radiator replaced with a larger one. I was happy with the work done.

I cant recommend Lewis and his team enough, fantastic service. When our boiler broke down last year, I have contacted for quotes around 13-15 suppliers. That many because half of them either didn't reply to email or phone call/message. The price was good but most of all, it is the right attitude, always on time, quickly responding to phone calls and messages. The whole team is very polite. They have great respect for our home, our time. Some of the suppliers were suggesting more problems than solution to my problem, like lifting the floors or run the pile in the middle of the wall...I never thought that change of the boiler will be so complicated, it shouldn't be. So I had full information and suggestion provided by these guys, happy with quality/price of my boiler. Even now a year later with a warranty service check, they showed up 10 min earlier, done the work, answered the questions, replaced the remote control unit. I couldn't be happier. Excellent work! This company came when they said they would, left when they said they would, and in between replaced the old boiler. I dealt with three different people, all polite and knowledgeable. They fitted the new boiler with thought and care, and tidied up afterwards. Altogether an excellent job.

We had a full gas central heating system installed. SGN did the actual connection up to the house and mounted the meter, but the rest was up to these guys. Lewis helped me pick the best boiler for our needs, and waited several months with all the materials in storage before starting work as lockdown was announced a couple weeks before the works were meant to start. They were always on time and found the best way to carry out the work to minimise disruption (for example, all the piping was done under the floor rather than in the walls), and got an electrician and a joiner to finish up a couple small bits that they couldn’t. They also disposed of all of our old electric heaters and some waste we had from a bathroom remodel. Overall, I’m absolutely delighted with their service and couldn’t recommend these guys enough. They are super friendly, know their stuff and get the job done fast and well! From start to finish (except the electrician and joiner), this all took 4 working days. They were also very careful not to let our cat run out the door! If you have any gas or heating needs, these are the guys you should go to!

Had a new shower pump and additional pipework fitted as previous guy who fitted the old pump had not done it right, Lewis explained what needed done and his fitter carried out the work to an exemplary standard , looks like he even gave the new pipework a quick brasso...thanks again guys .

We are very happy with the work that has been carried out in our home. It includes:

-Moved boiler from one end of house to the other
-Moving of radiators to new locations
-Taking radiators on/off in order for us to do re-decorating
-Removal of gas fireplace

We've used this company for a few years for boiler servicing. This year
our old boiler had a busted pressure regulator and we got really good advice on whether it was worth repairing or to install a new boiler. No pressure at all to go for a new boiler but it was the right decision.
The whole process went smoothly - the installation was in March. and the work was done when we were told it would. They did a really good job and tidied up some of the questionable work (short cuts) made during the previous installation. They even registered it for us!
No hesitation in recommending this company. Polite, knowledgeable, reliable and competent - what more can you ask for?

I have used this company for a few years to service my old boiler and I used them to replace my boiler and flush the system. Even though my old system had some problems they were able to think outside the box to fit the new boiler and ensure the piping was the correct bore without lifting my floors. They come on time when they say they would, the work is carried out exactly as they stated it would be and all tidied up at the end. The cost was exactly as estimated and the quality of the work is second to none. I would highly recommend this company. The guys were also very nice and pleasant. Will continue to use them for my yearly service.
