Replacement of old boiler with a new Combi Boiler plus removal of large twin-cylinder hot water tank. This was a substantial job carried out in a timely, tidy and efficient manner. CGS removed a gas fireplace for us and I would be happy to recommend them for similar. I was impressed with their communication - there was a lot of initial back and forth and they were prompt and clear with establishing what they could and couldn't do in terms of making good after the removal. They turned up on schedule, completed the work as agreed and let us know where the capped gas pipe runs for safety.

Had my Baxi back boiler serviced last week by CGS. Engineer arrived on time and left everything clean and tidy. Competitive price also. Have booked in my boiler service for 2023 and will not hesitate to use them for other small plumbing jobs that need done.

I highly recommend Corstorphine Gas Services Ltd, a small local business that is reliable, efficient, thorough and competitively priced.
I have used them on a regular basis to provide annual boiler servicing and safety records (LGSI) for a rental property, but as a family we have also used their services in our own homes.
They provide a two-hour timeslot and then notify me when the engineer is 10 minutes away, so no-one has to wait in for hours. The live tracking system even means I know exactly where the engineer is coming from and can time his arrival practically to the second!

Excellent friendly service throughout. Replaced five radiators and reconfigured underfloor pipes. Work carried out with care, attention to detail and our inconvenience kept to a minimum. We chose Corstorphine Gas Services from the Worcester website to replace our boiler. From the initial visit by Lewis, we were confident with what they were going do and they answered all our questions promptly and fully. The work was carried out efficently and tidily by the team and completed on the day. They also spent time explaining the Hive system they had installed. They came back promptly to fix a small snagging issue which had only been identified at the end of the day. We would have no hesitation in using this firm again and will have them back for the annual boiler service.

I had a new combi Ideal boiler installed and the old boiler and water tank removed. Lewis was very patient with me and my anxiety of being left water tankless, providing me with various quotes.
As I'm in a third floor (top) flat, there needs to be clearance for the flue. Lewis researched that the Ideal flue could be replaced in the original flue hole, which saved a lot of money on scaffolding being not required.
Cammy made a neat and tidy job, clearing up all the mess and taking it away.

Used this company to replace heating system from tanked to combi boiler, yearly services and other little bits. Always show up when they say they would, well priced, efficient, friendly and professional, from the office to the engineer. Would recommend.
