Realignment and maintenance of double glazed windows and doors.

Our pantile roof was overhauled and repaired as required. Some additional work arose on investigation and they were happy to attend to that while on the job. They did a good job and were careful with the building (newly decorated). Some tiles were replaced or cut, gutters cleaned, fascia board repaired and colour matched pointing applied as necessary. They were recommended to us by friends and we have similarly recommended them to others.

Roof tiles replaced in a timely manner and they left the area clean and tidy.

Repairs were to a flat roof extension. We had a couple of leaks that two other roofers had failed to repair. David Kay was very knowledgeable and pointed out several deficiences in the building work that could have contributed to the leaks. He applied sealant etc. This seems to have sorted out one leak but the other has reappeared occasionally but not recently here's hoping!
His charges seem high but if it works then I'm happy - we've already "wasted" money with others to little or no benefit.

We would use him again.
