David has completed many jobs for us over the years and he and his brother are exacting and reliable workers. This time we were having wooden wardrobe doors fitted. As usual the work was immaculate with everything left tidy when the job was finished. We are very happy with the work. David is always friendly, helpful and reliable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend W. H. Kay.

Conservatory roof had developed a leak. A small job. but difficult since the source of the problem was not easy to find. Most likely source was identified and remedial action taken. Conservatory has been dry since then.

The work was quick and efficient, when he arrived he let us know and confirmed the work, within a short amount of time he was done and the roof looked as good as new and he cleaned up the area thoroughly.

The guys sorted out our roof by removing loose concrete, filling in the holes. And sealing the joints. As always the team were efficient and well organised and this is now the fourth time I have used them and I have been very satisfied with every experience.

This is the second time we have asked Alan to do some work for us and both times we have been really pleased with the result. This job was to install 2 sun tunnels, replace an internal door, upgrade and re-hang a second internal door, and fit new skirtings and door surrounds in our living room.

Alan is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He's completely open and honest about costings etc and he was really good at keeping us updated throughout the whole process from quote to completion.

I hired W H Kay to replace some cracked and loose tiles on my roof and to repair the lead flashing. They checked over the complete roof and repaired all areas which needed attention. They were very responsive to my messages, arrived when arranged and I found them to be very trustworthy and knowledgeable. I will certainly use them again for any future work and highly recommend them.

Roof leak repair due to damaged/slipped tiles underneath solar panel. Prompt repair carried out within a few days of initial enquiry, with issue solved. Will definitely use again for future roofing issues.

Plastic roof verge caps had come loose during the high winds at the beginning of the year. I'd tried other companies with no response, I assume as it was quite a small job. David was quick with a quote and managed to fit the job in. He kept me up to date with when they would be able to attend.
