Just getting our regular boiler serviced. Always on time and very polite.

My laptop smashed on holiday and i thought i had lost everything. Managed to retrieve all my photos and set up new computer. Highly recomended and reasonable pricing.

Not being the most technical person, I contacted Andy to transfer all the info on my old laptop to a new one. Andy explained what he would do and the timescale was excellent, i.e. one day.
True to his word, I was contacted the following day and everything has been done that I asked for.
Absolutely brilliant service.
The price for his service was very acceptable.
I have now saved Andy's number to my contacts and I will definitely use Easy PC again.

We got new carpets fitted to the our stairs and four bedrooms up stairs,

Full attic flooring, shelves, loft ladder all done to a very high standard. Brad also organised for an electrician to do strip lighting.

Communication was excellent, and moved work around to suit our availability.

Brad and his team Ali and Bruce did a great job which wasn't a straightforward job, great communication throughout the whole process from Brad and the guys flooring my attic including new loft ladder, installing lighting as well, went that extra mile to make sure we were happy with the work done, would highly recommend these guys,... recommended to me by a family friend who was recommended to him by someone he knew so did the due diligence beforehand and very happy with the outcome of the job, job price was reasonable as well, all done in one day and no mess left afterwards. I had three velux windows that needed new slating work done surrounding the windows. I also had a flat roof replaced.
From beginning to end, it was a pleasure dealing with this company.
They were quick to respond to my enquiry and to agree a visit to my home. I had contacted three roofing companies and the other two didn't respond at all.
The initial inspection was carried out by drone so that I received my estimate with detailed pictures of the work needing done.
I agreed the estimate and we agreed a start date.
They arrived on time and completed all works in only a few days. Each person I dealt with was courteous and friendly. They were very tidy and removed all debris.
Overall,I had a great experience dealing with Past & Present Roofing and I hope to use them again very soon for another project.
