External garden tap fitted. Phoned to arrange visit to discuss job. Then made appointment to fit. All appointments kept as promised. No mess as tidied up after themselves. Even asked where to park so as not to inconvenience our neighbours…!

We recently had new taps and other fittings installed in two bathrooms and the whole experience was excellent. Communication throughout was clear and helpful and both Alan and Jocelyn were professional, reliable and courteous at all times. Roof repair and harling fixed and painted. Hoping it’s all fixed. Seems like a really good job. Won’t know for definite till winter weather hits but feel fairly confident there will be no more leaks. Thankyou. And they’ve left the scaffold up free of charge so they can come back to clear a seagull nest , when the fledgling has flown😀
