When I finally decided to switch to a combi boiler I arranged three quotes, one of which was from Total Energy Solutions whom had been recommended by a friend. From the start I was impressed by their efficiency & professionalism, arranging a date to assess the job & sticking to it. Within a few days they provided a few competative prices for different brands of boilers and highlighting differing length of warranties. The new boiler was installed and working within a day however they returned the following day to tidy up a few things to complete a very professional job. A month in, the boiler is working great. Total Energy Solutions will now contact me annually to arrange a service and that keeps the warranty valid for 10 years. I am very happy with the service provided by Total Energy Solutions,i would use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

David and Ross were very good and tidying up after job was complete -- would definitely use them again

I had my boiler serviced by Murray of East Lothian Boiler Care.
He arrived on time, very polite.
I particularly like the online booking system, it's very convenient & easy to use.
Will happily recommend him.

Delighted with my new bathroom. Not a straight forward job, but Jamie kept me well informed and updated regularly. Excellent service and workmanship.

On time and excellent job with minimal disruption to my elderly mother.
Very pleasant and would not hesitate to use again or recommend.

Small job to alter a dishwasher water supply connection with a 90 degree bend making it more accessible. Job completed quickly with no fuss.

I had my boiler and radiators replaced, job was done excellently and efficiently. Good communication and showed up when said.
