Having worked in funeralcare for another company I can honestly say as a family we were blown away by the kindness, empathy and understanding shown by Kirsten and her team during an extremely difficult time.
Kirsten was fantastic and nothing was a problem. Even late night txts were answered immediately!

David and his team fitted our new stair carpet! The process was faultless, from arranging to come and measure, pricing and then fitting. Arrived when he said he would each time and left the place spotless when finished. Carpet was also of high quality and great value for money. Highly recommended contacting David if anyone looking for any service he provides.

Helped with repairs to my door. Although the could not completely fix the issue due to bad initial installation they made big steps to do everything they could to help, were reasonably priced and gave me good advice.

Chris Young and his team of installers did a complete replacement of our bathroom, including walls, flooring and ceiling.
We are very pleased with the quality of the work done, couldn't fault it. Everyone involved was polite, pleasant and as quiet as can be realistically be expected for the work carried out. The parts of the house used for access, etc were well protected and kept clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Premier Installations to anyone wanting work done on their bathroom(s) including a full replacement.

Being of an age where I have experienced many computer changeovers and the accompanying days of reinstalling programs, emails and files, I certainly wasn't looking forward to the latest change to a Windows 11 machine.
Andy was a great help in initially identifying a new machine which suited my budget and then miraculously transferring all of my old stuff over to the new machine. All within 24 hrs.

The new PC is obviously much faster but more importantly the startup programs and desktop layout is the same totally familiar appearance to my old one.

Thanks Andy for making it so easy to transition and quite honestly cheaper than I thought it was going to be!

Thermostat repaired recently and it was resolved very quickly . An absolutely top notch service, very accommodating working around my availability. Both the office staff and the engineer were very professional and efficient . I would definitely use them again and will be recommending them to anyone that I know that needs any type of heating work carried out . A huge thank you .

Andy was absolutely great. He replaced my laptop battery, did an amazing job, super professional, reliable and fair priced. He will for sure be my point of reference for any future issues with my laptop or my family ones too :-)

Fully recovered data from an obsolete PC and installed on new PC. Work was done quickly and to my total satisfaction. Andy explained all the options, steps and talked me through what was happened. Was without a PC for only a few days.

1st time persistent leak on conservatory found and fixed no further problems
2cnd time my big garden shed roofing felt was in poor condition after 20yrs+ full replacement now have a leakproof workspace. Great fast and efficient service both times all at reasonable cost.

Mainly lead work to a pent roof. Repairs were undertaken to disintegrated coping stones which were coated in lead to prevent water ingress. A new watergate was created from lead to prevent water leaking under roof tiles. The workmanship is excellent and has provided a robust solution to a long-term problem. I am very relived that it has finally been addressed in a professional and reliable way after previous dealings with another company which failed to fix the problem.

From beginning to end, the team at L & E Roofing were a pleasure to deal with. They listened, answered my questions, provided a thorough assessment of the issue and plan to fix it long term.
