We have a dedicated team at The Edinburgh Shutter Co. and each and every member of staff is employed by the business, and we never use subcontractors! This ensures that quality of service and continuity are kept to the highest level.

I had shutters fitted in my livingroom. I cannot say anything negative about this company. From start to finish I have been updated along the way and I was always able to get Wilma on the phone if I had any questions and each time she was very friendly and helpful. I am over the moon with my wooden shutters which are excellent quality. The instillation team were also friendly and knowledgeable on the product and I felt comfortable with them in my home. The shutters look amazing and have been installed to a very high standard. Thanks again from a very happy customer.

- Respectful and skilled installation team who tidied up thoroughly after themselves
- Came back no questions asked to fix an unforeseen problem (gap between shutter frame and door that could have been trip hazard)

Stevie came to fit today, several weeks ahead of potential due date and provided an excellent service.
Job done quickly, smoothly and very professional.
Hoovered up all mess and didn't leave a scrap of rubbish behind him either...

We had shutters fitted in our living room yesterday and we could not be happier. The quality of the shutters is amazing and they look great. The service we have received from start to finish has been brilliant. Aggie who fitted our shutters was lovely she was extremely polite, she tidied as she worked and left no mess behind. We would highly recommend the Edinburgh shutter company!!!! Amazing job done. Thank you.

Interior shutters fitted. Measuring and ordering was quick and easy. Good, relevant advice with no pressurised selling.
Installation team phoned ahead to see if they could come in early. Extremely fast, clean and detailed fitting. Everything fitted perfectly as per measurements. Fitting team were really lovely and friendly. The finished product and fitment are excellent. I would highly recommend the company and its staff. Would definitely use again.

I would highly recommend the Edinburgh Shutter Company. They were professional in the way they dealt with the installation.
All shutters made to measure, the technician in our case Agneshka (Aggie), employed to install our shutters by the company was excellent. Very tidy, polite, informative and efficient.
I would certainly do business with them again.

We have had two tier on tier shutters fitted in our lounge.
Edinburgh shutter company gave us the best price and we are very pleased with the service and the quality. Stevie fitted our blinds this morning. He was very thorough, clean and tidy.
We have asked for quotes on further windows and would definitely use the Edinburgh shutter company again for our shutter blinds.

The service given by the Edinburgh Shutter Co. was first class. They arrived for appointments at the time agreed; both for taking measurements and for fitting. Always very friendly and customer orientated. The quality of the product and the fitting were very good. I had two full height plantation shutters fitted to the windows at the front of the house and I am very satisfied with the product. Would definitely recommend.

We had our living room and study window blinds upgraded to shutters. Craig from the Edinburgh Shutter Company came to see us and was very helpful and informative on the options available. We found the company easy to contact and very quick to respond to our enquiries on the phone and email. Aggie and Stevie attended on the day of the install and they were fantastic - really nice people to talk to and very professional throughout. The installation was very quick and the end result made such a radical change to the lightness of our home! We would be very happy to have this company do more work for us - in fact they're coming back to do our bedrooms next! THANK YOU TEAM

Very pleased with the work. Everything was explained very clearly and the survey agent (Dillon) was able to take me through all the options and gave good advice.
I was kept informed through the process, including on lead times for build and installation. The office staff were very friendly and polite.
Installation on the day was quick and painless, and Stevie and Jay did a very professional job. There was very little disruption, the job was completed to a high standard, and they cleaned up after themselves as they went.
