We have a dedicated team at The Edinburgh Shutter Co. and each and every member of staff is employed by the business, and we never use subcontractors! This ensures that quality of service and continuity are kept to the highest level.

A few years ago (5) had shutters fitted - no issues and still happy with them and have recommended to several friends who have also used Edinburgh Shutters.
Happy to return to have blinds fitted to bifold doors as having issues with a cold room.
Absolutely delighted with the blinds and the difference they have made to the temperature in the room.

Fantastic service from quote to installation - Kevin and Craig were able to realise my ideas for our home exactly. Despite delays to the delivery of our shutters outwith their control, Wilma was always quick to communicate and even offered a temporary solution so we could move into our new home in the meantime. During the actual delivery and installation, Craig and the team were very considerate of our home and belongings. It was obvious from our experience that they know their trade well. Friendly, professional and efficient - would highly recommend.

From dealing with Wilma in the shop premises, Kevin within our property to size up and issue a quote and right through to the installation by Aggie and John, I can only say what a professional company this is.
Not only a fantastic delivery of the job and products, the whole crew are so polite & well mannered.
Aggie even caught a few photos of herself with our pet Cockatiel Zazu who, also took a shine to the guys!
Left the place in an immaculate state and given the complete house a lovely refresh.
Thank you so much for being true to your word.

Great service I had shutters installed. They did exactly as they said they would in a professional and timely manner.
No fuss on the day of installation and the guys cleaned up behind themselves.

I had high quality shutters installed on three large arch windows. The “in person” customer service and knowledge I experienced from the initial interaction with the showroom staff (Wilma) to the first visit of the product demonstration and quotation expert (Kevin) to the high precision installation (Stevie & Jay) was excellent. This is the second time I have ordered shutters, from The Edinburgh Shutter Company my first was for my sitting room in 2019. I ordered 4 sets off shutters in February 2023, I was informed off “up to” 16 week delivery which set my expectations. They were fitted today, arrived first thing this morning and the attention to detail was brilliant and there was no mess left. I would highly recommend Edinburgh Shutter Co. Thank you so much I love them.
