We have a dedicated team at The Edinburgh Shutter Co. and each and every member of staff is employed by the business, and we never use subcontractors! This ensures that quality of service and continuity are kept to the highest level.

We are delighted with our shutters. The measurement and consultation process was easy and we had a lot of guidance and choice. The fitters were professional and did a brilliant job, leaving the place immaculate afterwards and giving us some tips on how to look after our shutters.

Shutters installed in bay window. Very pleased with the service from measuring done by Craig to installation carried out very efficiently by Aggie and Jamie. Shutters arrived within the time stated and quality is excellent, I will definitely be ordering more and recommending to friends. Really pleasant people to deal with, thank you.

From the first visit by the estimator who was so helpful and gave us lots of good advice we knew we were going to have a good experience. Our quote came when we were told it would and was very competitive. We were told delivery would be between 12-16 weeks and was 12 weeks and four days. The fitters arrived right on time and did an excellent job. They were two delightful young men who could not have been more helpful. They worked extremely hard and the quality of their work was outstanding. We are absolutely thrilled by the result which is even better than we had hoped for. We can’t recommend this company highly enough.

The team were great from the 1st visit for a quote to the fitting of the shutters, delighted with the product. Delivery of shutters friendly, then the lovely Aggi turned up and did a fantastic job at fitting them. All boxes and packaging removed, and left clean and tidy. A mention for the lovely ladies in the shop too, very helpful. Would recommend company to anyone looking for shutters.

From dealing with Wilma in the shop premises, Kevin within our property to size up and issue a quote and right through to the installation by Aggie and John, I can only say what a professional company this is.
Not only a fantastic delivery of the job and products, the whole crew are so polite & well mannered.
Aggie even caught a few photos of herself with our pet Cockatiel Zazu who, also took a shine to the guys!
Left the place in an immaculate state and given the complete house a lovely refresh.
Thank you so much for being true to your word.

Got shutters fitted by Stevie & Jay in all bedrooms and living area at the front of the property and they look fantastic.
Despite the delay between date or order to supply - they were well worth the wait and the regular updates (from Wilma in the office) on supply status and install date helped keep me assured that some investments are worth waiting on.
The install was very good with an excellent finish, product demo on explanation around maintenance a great help.
