From the initial design to choosing colours and finishes our fully trained designers will guide you and help you make the right choices. We never focus on the price of shutters, we firstly make sure the product is well designed; and suitable for you windows and doors.
We have a dedicated team at The Edinburgh Shutter Co. and each and every member of staff is employed by the business, and we never use subcontractors! This ensures that quality of service and continuity are kept to the highest level.

Super professional and friendly service from start to finish. Wilma in the showroom was very friendly and knowledgeable and spent the time taking me through various options before arranging a quotation visit at a time which suited me.
Dillon who came out to provide the quote was again, very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions to ensure that I got exactly the right product for my needs.
Aggie who came to fit the shutters was (sorry to repeat myself!) really friendly and did a great job as well as being really neat and tidy taking all packaging away with her - a win win.
Overall an excellent service from a professional company, no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Lovely people and very polite and respectful of property. Worked as a team knew what they were doing. Nothing too much trouble for Stevie if there was a problem he sorted it promptly. We had blinds fitted a few weeks ago and they are perfect. Today 11/8/2020 we had our shutters fitted and they are amazing. We were excited to get them fitted and are not disappointed, infact we absolutely love them. We are now thinking of what we can put into the bathroom and Aggie gave us some ideas. We would recommend the Edinburgh Shutter Co. as a trusted company and brilliant workmanship. Thanks guys

Once materials arrived and a date set, Aggy and Jamie duly arrived late on a Saturday evening to fit my shutters. I believe they were working weekends to address the backlog, which is creditable.
Both were extremely polite, worked diligently and left a beautiful finish. The house was spotless after they left too. I'd have no hesitation in placing future business with the ESC Ltd and can't praise their fitters Aggy and Jamie enough.

We had two sets of bifold plantation shutters fitted to our garden room extension.
We already had exterior bifold doors fitted but the amount of sun getting through was difficult to regulate with simple roller blinds.
We researched extensively before engaging The Edinburgh Shutter Co
And have been both delighted and satisfied from start to finish.
The process is lengthy as you have to book a site visit to have measurements taken to avoid costly mistakes of self measurement.
After ordering it takes up to 8/10 weeks for manufacturing and delivery.
We were fortunate enough to get ours earlier and the fitting team arrived bang on time and date arranged.
The fitting was painless and perfect. The fitters( Steve and Rab) worked relentlessly and were extremely considerate and safe throughout.
The clean the whole area after installation and you wouldn’t know they had been there.

This is the second time I have ordered shutters, from The Edinburgh Shutter Company my first was for my sitting room in 2019. I ordered 4 sets off shutters in February 2023, I was informed off “up to” 16 week delivery which set my expectations. They were fitted today, arrived first thing this morning and the attention to detail was brilliant and there was no mess left. I would highly recommend Edinburgh Shutter Co.
