We are absolutely delighted with the quality and fit of our new shutters, provided by Chris and his team, from start to finish they have been a pleasure to deal with.
We were surprised to not have to part with any money upfront and this gave us huge re-assurance in regard to quality and service.
The installation team (Stevie & Gary) were brilliant, very professional with everything finished to a really high standard. They also removed all the packaging and hoovered up after themselves.
We would not hesitate to endorse The Edinburgh Shutter Co.

I’m so happy with my shutters. Highly professional company to deal with. Knowledgable sales person who advised me on what would work best with my particular windows, and he was right, they look great.
The team who fitted them were so skilled and professionaland fitted them seamlessly. They even dusted the shutters down, vacuumed up the mess and took all the rubbish away when they’d finished. V.impressed with this company as a whole and I’d recommend to anyone.

We had shutters fitted in front two bay windows of our bungalow in December, and I have to say I have been very impressed with The Edinburgh Shutter Company. From the initial consultation with Craig he was very personable, knowledgeable and explained what he felt were the best options for the windows and the differences between the materials. Ordering was easy and Craig was true to his word and fitted them before Christmas. I was kept updated on delivery and fitting timelines by Wilma. Fitting was very professional and Stevie and the team made a fantastic job. They had to return to do a small area today (which is why I haven’t done my review sooner!) again true to their word, they came when they said and the shutters look absolutely stunning. Very impressed and have already ordered more for the kitchen and bedroom.

Stevie and J fitted 3 sets of beautiful interior wooden shutters for my front room and 2 bedrooms. The quality of the work and the care they took to make sure the finish was spot on was exceptional. And they left my flat spotless! I was even able to keep working in while they completed the install.

We got blinds for our sitting room, dining room and roller blinds for our front door and side window.
Excellent customer service and excellent value for money.
The chaps who came to do the install were excellent. They clearly knew their stuff. They arrived bang on time and were done in well under an hour. Also, polite, friendly and very professional.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Outstanding service from initial quote from Kate to the installation from Stevie and Gary.
The professionalism in the workmanship is very hard to find these days but the service provided by all at The Edinburgh Shutter Co is second to none!
Would highly recommend not just on price but craftsmanship too.

Excellent service from start to finish.
From showroom to pre order visit for estimate etc all staff were knowledgeable and explained all aspects of delivery, materials used and fitting of shutters very clearly.
The fitters Aggie and Jamie were very professional in the way the carried out the fitting.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Was advised to use this company by someone in the industry. I was told they are the only company to use in Edinburgh for shutters.
Good communication from Wilma in the office, the salesman seemed to know his stuff and was not pushy.
Was told they would take about 8 weeks to arrive and be fitted and that proved to be accurate.
The shutters ( 5 in total between the livingroom and the bedroom) took about 3.5 hours to fit. The team arrived on time and there was no disruption and little fuss.
Aggie was in charge, and was very pleasant and seemed to know her stuff. She asked appreciate questions about what I wanted and did the job well. Jamie worked away well under her guidance.
The shutters look great and on day one do seem to be robust.
I did get costings and quotes from others and the Edinburgh Shutter Company was very comparable.
Use these guys!

Aggie and Jamie arrived on time. They were very friendly and did an amazing job on the 3 sets of shutters we ordered. They completed the job in just over 3 hours which was very impressive as one of the window required additional work to it. They were also respectful of our home and didn't leave any mess behind. They replied to any queries we had and I trust they will come back if anything needs fixing (which I am sure won't be necessary :) ). The shutters look amazing. 5 stars company, will use again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks a lot.
