We have a dedicated team at The Edinburgh Shutter Co. and each and every member of staff is employed by the business, and we never use subcontractors! This ensures that quality of service and continuity are kept to the highest level.

2 Beautiful sets of bay window shutters and French door shutters ordered delivered and fitted in great time, courteous and polite from all the staff. Knowing the issues I’ve had with other dreadful shutter companies a huge thank you goes to the team at Edinburgh shutter company to Wilma, Craig, stevie, jay and Agese. ( sorry if that’s not the spelling)

From start to finish , what an impeccable service. From the efficient sales team who came originally, to Wilma at the office, who has been ever so helpful. Today, Agi came to install the shutters, and what a professional job she has done. She installed them quickly and efficiently. I’m absolutely delighted with my new shutters!

We just had shutters fitted and they look amazing. The staff was lovely and professional and offered good advice before giving us a quote. The staff was friendly and fitted our 6 windows in an afternoon and cleaned up after themselves which is always a bonus. I would recommend Edinburgh Shutter Company without any hesitation.

Chris provided a fantastic service, to the extent we have now used him for other projects. He communicated throughout he project and only asked for payment, once we were satisfied with the work. Given that he also TRUSTS his clients and does not take a deposit, I would recommend that he be placed on the Trusted Trader panel.

The Edinburgh Shutter Company installed shutters in several rooms for sash and case windows in our house. Having requested several visits from different companies we found their shutter design easily the best and most suited for sash and case windows. Prices were also very competitive when compared to other companies.
The whole service from initial home visit by Dylan, visiting the shop where we were helped and advised by Wilma and the installation by Stevie and Aggie was excellent and could not be faulted. We found the company very easy to deal with and very helpful with any queries throughout the process.
Overall we are delighted with the shutters and have no hesitation in recommending the company particularly for sash and case windows.

I am so delighted with these shutters. They have smartened up my home and made me love it again.Had been thinking about doing this for a few years and decided to go ahead doing just one room to see what the end result would be. I am now having them put in the rest of my windows. The work was done by two of the loveliest people. Very efficient and pride in their work.Methodical and tidy. Very respectful and friendly. I look forward to them returning to do the next phase of shutters. Great customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.
