Shutters were made to measure traditional sash/case and UPVC windows.
Delivery as per scheduled with courtesy call in advance , and all shutters were installed without any issues. Fit perfectly and look fantastic.
Quality shutters , and would recommend dealing with ESC to anyone.

Over the last 10 yrs I have, on three separate occasions, had shutters fitted in three rooms, two of which had two windows in the room.
While I was satisfied with the quality and effectiveness of the product, on the two previous occasions, I have never felt the need to make time to write a review before.
However, yesterday I had another two shutters fitted in our back bedroom and I really felt the need to write this review.
Aggie and Jamie left previous tradesmen at the starting line, in terms of taking a pride in their work and being great ambassadors for their company, nothing was too much bother. Even although Jamie said he was new to the job, there was no sign of that in the job he did and Aggie was so skilled and clearly highly knowledgeable and experienced, I could not rate her more highly. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to both. The shutters raised the temperature of the room a very short time after they left. Many thanks for a first class job. This standard of work deserves recognition.

I had lovely shutters fitted on all my front windows and would not hesitate to recommend this company. The staff team are very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The surveyor gave all the info and advice needed and the fitter just got on with the job with no fuss or mess, arriving exactly at the time promised. No bother at all to work with and the product is very good quality.

Aggie and Jamie did a great job. We have installed shutters all around the house and Aggie has installed them all. The company has been very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Shutters fitted in all 4 upstairs bedrooms.
I am pleased with the quality, fit, look of the shutters. Even at this time of year when there is a lot of light they do a good job of shutting it out. The fitting was well done and the shutters open and close with ease.

I had wood plantation shutters installed in 5 rooms. The service from my initial inquiry to the actual fitting was attentive and professional.
They listened to what I wanted and did not try to push more product than needed. Much time was spent choosing the right colour and style.
Unusually for fitters, they made every attempt not to be disruptive. The fitters were courteous, efficient and meticulous about cleaning up after themselves.

Just had two basement bedroom windows fitted with planters shutters. First stage was careful measuring by a rep from the company. He also provided good tips on size of louvres positioning of the "middle bar" and colour to match the paint used on the windows. On ordering 50% was paid up front. The time from ordering to delivery was +/- 8 weeks. The shutters fit perfectly, the technician did a wonderful job. She (yes!) was very careful, neat and tidy.
I have given 4 not 5 stars against "value for money" as I have no comparison available.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company for product and service quality.

Have used this trader on two separate occasions now. Both times an excellent job was done which I was very happy with, the shutters were very good quality, look great and importantly, are very effective at keeping noise and light out and heat in.
Stevie and Gary did the most recent job in April 2016 and did a first class job in record time.
I wouldn't look any further if requiring shutters to be fitted.
