We had shutters fitted to our garden room and hall. The fitters were punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. They worked well as a team and completed each task to a very high standard.

Absolutely fantastic service I’m not one for review but had to with this. The company are beyond brilliant. The service is super from start to finish and believe me the quality of the shutter blinds are amazing. Even better than I expected. The guys only took 35 mins to do my 2 windows and sealed around the shutters unlike some other companies that don’t. The finish is beautiful I’m so chuffed with everything. It’s a bit of a wait but it’s so worth it getting a better quality of wood and the finish at a really good price I’m now wanting my other shutters in bedroom

after visiting a major department store where we could only get information if a salesman came to the house we went to the Edinburgh Shutter Company. We were greeted by Craig who wxplained about the shutters without us being pushed in any direction. He was informative and answered questions honestly. We came away feeling very confident with his expertise and manner and arranged a visit. all was exactly as specified, ie price, dates etc.
The fitting team were polite efficient and really nice. They removed all rubbish and hoovered once they had finished.

all in all a very easy, efficient and pleasant experience. Woudld definitely use them again.

The Edinburgh Shutter Company provided and fitted plantation shutters for a large sliding patio door in my kitchen. The end result is stunning. All parts of the process from advice, to surveying/measuring, ordering and fitting were simple and straightforward. All members of staff I came into contact with - receptionist, surveyor and fitters - were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their understanding of their product and of its impact were particularly valuable in choosing the right shutters. The lead-in time from ordering to fitting is quite long (10-12 weeks), but that was made clear at the beginning and there were no delays. Fitting was fast, efficient and professional - thanks to Aggie and Stevie for your great work. Plantation shutters are not a cheap option, but the Edinburgh Shutter Company offered good value for money and if/when I consider more shutters, I will certainly be going back. Many thanks from a very satisfied customer.

They provided a friendly service throughout the process. Their work was efficient and tidy and they left a good job. We are delighted with the finished work.

We thought we had done our homework and got 3 companies to quote, however, the sales person from ESCo was definitely the most professional and provided a wealth of additional knowledge helping us make the right choice of materials, openings, finish and gave us an hones insight into the shutter marketplace. Thanks to him we went for full height shutters on all rooms instead of cafe style - which would have been a false economy (trying to save money). This professionalism and honesty was mirrored from the staff in the office and the fitting team of Stevie and Jay (always asked if they wanted us to take their shoes off when entering the house) who also noticed a manufacturer fault in the openings of one of the shutters. They immediately called the office and full replacement shutter unit was ordered FOC and now has been fitted to replace the wrong one so we were never without the full set of shutters. They weren't the cheapest nor in fact the most expensive quote we had had for solid wood shutters, however, it was well worth the peace of mind by dealing with a fulltime shutter company/team. The finish across 2 large bay windows and an office at the front of the house, plus, a bathroom at the back of the house were actually beyond our expectations and money well spent. We would highly recommend you at least talk to them when considering shutters.
