Excellent service prompt survey ,in fact from start to finish found company to be very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way . I am so delighted with the shutters in upstairs of house I’ve already ordered shutters for downstairs, (and the workers have not yet left ). Workers were very friendly polite and hardworking ,who cleaned up after themselves when job was completed. Shutters have certainly transformed the look of the rooms upstairs . I would definitely recommend this company

I am extremely pleased with our recent installation of window shutters in our front room bay window by The Edinburgh Shutter Company. All the staff that we met from popping in to the showroom as we were thinking about shutters and doing our research to actually having them installed were extremely helpful and professional. Craig did our home visit and Stevie and Agnieska did our fitting. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product and the excellent service so will definitely be using this company again for our future shutter purchases! Thank you so much.

I was completing this project for my sister at a distance so it was crucial that I had complete trust in the company. Everything was carried out exactly as discussed. Excellent quality and great service. Order arrived and fitted when arranged. Fitters were professional and tidy. Really pleased with our new shutters and roller blind. Finish the room off lovely and going to get rest of windows done to match.

I have just had my Shutters fitted and they look wonderful. The service from start to finish was both friendly and professional.
Craig took our initial order and gave us honest advice as to the type that would best suit our window size and requirements. Aggie and Stevie did the installation and got on with the job in hand, keeping me informed as they completed a room, and answering any questions that came up. A brilliant job and great clean up service at the end. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Fantastic service from start to finish! We had a home visit and were advised of which products/style would suit us. Couldn’t be happier. Measuring up was done quickly and efficiently at a time that suited us and installation was weeks ahead of schedule and again quick, efficient and without mess!

Had shutters fitted to my lounge windows, similar to ones they fitted in my bedroom a couple of years ago. Good quality shutters and once again the fitters (Aggie & Jamie) were considerate of carpets, decor etc and very efficient. Would highly recommend this company.

We have just had beautiful shutters installed by the Edinburgh Shutter Company. From the booking appointment to the installation we enjoyed 5 star service.
Chris explained our options at first, measured up and completed our order quoting a competitive price. Then when our shutters were ready (2 weeks earlier than expected) the joiners arrived, they were pleasant and efficient and did a brilliant job. The shutters are stunning and have transformed our house. Thanks Chris and the team for your good old fashioned customer service!

We had shutters fitted to all windows at the front of our house and are delighted with the finished result. We had two companies out to quote for us but The Edinburgh Shutter company were very professional and came up with a solution to to everything we asked for. The other company said they could only have the bar in the middle which wouldnt have looked good whereas we have been able to get the bar to match the line of the windows. Everyone was very professional and friendly and I cannot recommend highly enough!

I have just had various blinds fitted and also shutters in the front rooms. The service from start to finish has been brilliant. Responsive, friendly and helpful. Professional at all times. Everyone I have spoken to or dealt with has been brilliant, from the salesman, office staff and fitters. All have been great.
Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the lady who fitted the blinds but she was very good, friendly and helpful. Made a great job and very efficient.
I would like to add a special mention to Stevie and Jay who fitted the shutters. From the minute they arrived, until the completion of the job, they did not stop. Clean, tidy and attention to detail was very impressive. Nothing was any trouble and they even helped me with removing the curtain pole as I was struggling, even although it is not their responsibility. That was much appreciated and would like to thank them for a brilliant job.
I love the shutters and all the blinds, it has made such a difference to my home.
