I am so in love with our new shutters. Took their advice on style and slat size for our window and they are perfect - adds touch of class to our newly decorated dinning room. We choose the white colour (001) and I am really pleased with it. Our fitters were Aggie and Jamie, who were very pleasant, worked quickly, familiarised us with opening /closing mechanism etc and tidied up before they left. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent product and the service was first class from start to finish. All options were explained well, allowing us to choose exactly what we wanted. The fitters, Abbie and Jamie, were excellent and we are very happy with the completed work. Would certainly recommend the Edinburgh Shutter Co.

One large front room window and a bedroom window had window shutters installed.
Both Aggie and Jamie worked quietly and efficiently and installed the shutters in a professional and timely fashion.
They were backed up by the courteous administration staff, Wilma, who acted as the anchor between business and customer.
Happily recommend this company.

Aggie and Jamie did a great job. We have installed shutters all around the house and Aggie has installed them all. The company has been very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Expensive but well worth it.
The service from asking for a quote to someone coming to measure and show the difference styles, colours etc and to the fitters , Anggie and Jamie was just perfect ,professionally and friendly .
Happy to recommend them to my friends and family.

Shutters fitted on windows in lounge and 2 bedrooms. Very friendly and professional staff. Wilma in the office was extremely helpful over the phone and Aggie and Jamie did a fantastic job at fitting the shutters. The shutters are of a exemplary quality and really finish off the rooms. Would highly recommend Edinburgh Shutter Company.

Over the last 10 yrs I have, on three separate occasions, had shutters fitted in three rooms, two of which had two windows in the room.
While I was satisfied with the quality and effectiveness of the product, on the two previous occasions, I have never felt the need to make time to write a review before.
However, yesterday I had another two shutters fitted in our back bedroom and I really felt the need to write this review.
Aggie and Jamie left previous tradesmen at the starting line, in terms of taking a pride in their work and being great ambassadors for their company, nothing was too much bother. Even although Jamie said he was new to the job, there was no sign of that in the job he did and Aggie was so skilled and clearly highly knowledgeable and experienced, I could not rate her more highly. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to both. The shutters raised the temperature of the room a very short time after they left. Many thanks for a first class job. This standard of work deserves recognition.

Edinburgh Shutter Company have fitted shutters in the bedrooms and bathrooms to our new build. A little delay completing the job with the COVID restrictions, but couldn't be happier with the product and service. Finishes off the rooms beautifully.

Chris provided a fantastic service, to the extent we have now used him for other projects. He communicated throughout he project and only asked for payment, once we were satisfied with the work. Given that he also TRUSTS his clients and does not take a deposit, I would recommend that he be placed on the Trusted Trader panel.

The service given by the Edinburgh Shutter Co. was first class. They arrived for appointments at the time agreed; both for taking measurements and for fitting. Always very friendly and customer orientated. The quality of the product and the fitting were very good. I had two full height plantation shutters fitted to the windows at the front of the house and I am very satisfied with the product. Would definitely recommend.

From the quote to completed installation Chris, Stevie and Gary were very professional and full of eagerness to give complete satisfaction and they didn't disappoint. The work was carried out really efficiently. Strive and Gary were true believers in clean as you go. I adore my new plantation shutters and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Edinburgh shutter company to all my friends and family and anyone else that is listening when I'm showing off my new shutters. Everyone in the team was excellent from first online contact to the fitting. Everything was measured accuarately and advice about the style of shutter as well as colour and size was clear and we were able to make informed choices. The cost were not excessive and the timescale we were quoted was accurate to the day. The fitters were outstanding in their attention to detail. We were called to arrange a fitting date then called the day before to check the timing was still OK. I will use this company again and have already recommended them to others.
