We have a dedicated team at The Edinburgh Shutter Co. and each and every member of staff is employed by the business, and we never use subcontractors! This ensures that quality of service and continuity are kept to the highest level.

We had shutters fitted in the living room, dining area and bedroom of our house this week. Craig who came to do the initial measurements a few months ago was very helpful and happy to answer all our questions. If we were to be picky, communication after this stage could have been better and we sometimes had a few days wait for a response regarding ordering or payment. We appreciate that this was during lockdown however and so may not reflect normal communication times.
On the day of installation the fitters arrived at the time that was originally given and also phoned ahead to give advance notice when they were on their way, which I really appreciated. Aggie and Jamie the fitters were very friendly and efficient and had the shutters fitted in no time. They also tidied up thoroughly after themselves and left no mess behind which again I appreciated!
We are really happy with the appearance, function and quality of the shutters and wouldn't hesitate to use the company again in future.

I am so in love with our new shutters. Took their advice on style and slat size for our window and they are perfect - adds touch of class to our newly decorated dinning room. We choose the white colour (001) and I am really pleased with it. Our fitters were Aggie and Jamie, who were very pleasant, worked quickly, familiarised us with opening /closing mechanism etc and tidied up before they left. I would highly recommend this company.

Hugely pleased with the 3 shutter blinds I had installed and they arrived and were fitted in less than the 8 week lead-in time. Staff were friendly and the Joiners very professional - they were a pleasure to have around (blinds and their fitting... perfect!) Any mess cleaned up and all the packaging taken away.

Shutters fitted on windows in lounge and 2 bedrooms. Very friendly and professional staff. Wilma in the office was extremely helpful over the phone and Aggie and Jamie did a fantastic job at fitting the shutters. The shutters are of a exemplary quality and really finish off the rooms. Great product, excellent sales info before ordering from Chris Wishart and the installation was done very professionally by Steve and Gary who know their 'fitting of shutters' extremely well. Everything was explained as they installed the shutters and they cleaned up before leaving. Excellent service by everyone concerned. We would definitely suggest their services to family and friends.

I would like to compliment the staff of the Edinburgh shutter company, previously we had got shutters for our upstairs windows in February.today the workers came again(07/06/2018)and I was not disappointed.as expected the workmanship was excellent and of a high standard.The workers were courteous,hard working and extra bonus they left the room clean and tidy, I would highly recommend this company

Great service from start to finish. The team of joiners ( male and female) were extremely trusting and very friendly. Only one down side slight delay on waiting for the shutters, was explained why and it was acceptable. Full recommend this company especially Norma who works in office, who nip in to my house to see the finishing for herself and joined in on my excitement. The shutters look great from outside looking in but from inside the house looking out it's 1000 times better.

On seeing them fitted in each room we were absolutely delighted with the results. The fitting team were very friendly and made sure they cleaned up afterwards...total professionalism! I would recommend to anyone who is undecided to go ahead. The transformation is truly fantastic!
