We have a dedicated team at The Edinburgh Shutter Co. and each and every member of staff is employed by the business, and we never use subcontractors! This ensures that quality of service and continuity are kept to the highest level.

Fantastic service from quote to installation - Kevin and Craig were able to realise my ideas for our home exactly. Despite delays to the delivery of our shutters outwith their control, Wilma was always quick to communicate and even offered a temporary solution so we could move into our new home in the meantime. During the actual delivery and installation, Craig and the team were very considerate of our home and belongings. It was obvious from our experience that they know their trade well. Friendly, professional and efficient - would highly recommend.

Excellent from the point of meeting with Chris at the very beginning through to the installation and fitting by Stevie and Gary. Stevie and Gary finished the job to a high standard with absolutely zero mess left behind.

I had my livingroom windows and two separate bedroom windows fitted. Lovely black subtle colour. The overall quality of the actual material,craftsmanship put into making them and the care and attention given by all the staff was second to none. I am delighted with them and I am recommending them to all my friends and associates. (A special mention for Aggie, her professionalism, manner, skills and attention to detail really shone and I can’t rate her highly enough). Thank you ALL SO MUCH for making me smile every morning I wake up and see them!

We recently had our second shutter installed by the Edinburgh Shutter Company having used them previously for our living room. This time it was in our bedroom and we are delighted with the results. The shutters are neat, great quality and add so much to the room. Aggie and James were extremely professional and worked quickly when installing. I would certainly recommend using this company and we plan to use them again in future for other rooms.

I’m absolutely delighted with the level of workmanship and professionalism when dealing with this company - from initial enquiry to appointment and finally installation, everything went incredibly smoothly!
Wilma in the office couldn’t have been more helpful, Craig who measured and consulted with me on design was incredibly knowledgeable and finally Steve and his trusted colleague who installed my beautiful shutters with efficiency, care and respect to my home... they even hoovered at the end so all I needed to do was move some furniture back into position! You can tell they were experienced tradespeople who were highly experienced in joinery.
I’m also extremely impressed with the quality of the shutters - it’s the little differences such as the sealing of the frames and the warranty that compliments the product too.
Would highly recommend as you won’t get a better service or product elsewhere!

We bought shutters and blinds from The Edinburgh Shutter Company when moving to our new build about three and a half years ago. We were delighted with the products, fitting and service. Just recently I noted the cords from one of blinds had come loose and several strings were hanging down. My concern was that it hadn't lasted very long. I rung the Edinburgh Shutter Company. Lynsey was more than helpful. I emailed her pictures of the problem and she arranged for Kevin from Albany Blinds to come out to my home and fix the problem. All done and dusted in very little time. Now that's what you call Customer Service!!!!
