We have a dedicated team at The Edinburgh Shutter Co. and each and every member of staff is employed by the business, and we never use subcontractors! This ensures that quality of service and continuity are kept to the highest level.

We had wooden shutters fitted to the inside of our bay windows. From the estimate to the showroom visit, paying the deposit, and finally, the fitting of the shutters, the whole operation was successful.
One of the fitters spotted an anomaly with the side of a bay window slightly out of square. He recommended a wooden fill in strip which will overcome the hiatus. The strip is now ordered, and I await a phone call when he can come to install it.

Excellent service from The Edinburgh Shutter Company. Wilma, Kevin, Aggie and Alfie are the most helpful staff I have ever encountered, do not hesitate to contact this company. I had all my windows fitted with beautiful shutters. My only complaint is that I wish I had more windows for them to work on!

I am so pleased with my full length dinning room shutters, the quality is great and the fitting has been done so well. I have been even more impressed after there was an accident at Christmas and a slat was broken at the professional, prompt service in replacing it for me without any problems! We are absolutely delighted with our shutters! We really appreciated the help of 'Stevie' who fitted and measured the shutters. He was able to guide us on colours and shutter style that would suit our house which was a great help for such a large feature in our house. I was extremely impressed with the service and the fact they charge no deposit at all. I had priced around and this was by far the best quality for money. Fantastic service, fantastic quality and delighted with the finish! Would highly recommend.

The initial visit from the salesman was excellent. We were immediately put at ease. Chris then came to measure up, ordered the shutters and their team then came and fitted them. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. I would gladly recommend. Top class sales and finished product.

The service from everyone has been fantastic. From Wilma in the office to the original engineer measuring up to both Stevie and Aggie who fitted the windows. We have awkward shaped windows on the top floor due to the Combes and the team went out of their way to work out how they could provide the best options for us.
It’s been great service from start to finish and I highly recommend going with this company if you are looking to install or renew your shutters

From the moment that the salesman, Dylan, came to measure our windows, to the final fitting, we received nothing but good advise from Dylan and the fitter Stevie. Even when Stevie disagreed with what Dylan had recommended there was only professional advice and recommendations. We were given time to think about the cost and there was no pressure at all for a sale.
The fitting took place with Stevie and his apprentice, Jay, and at all times they were very polite and followed all Covid regulations.
When I advised Stevie that I will need a different en-suite fitting there was no problem and once again great advice to pass onto the builders (he has assured me that when the building work is complete he will refit the shutters).
The quality of the shutters is excellent and I would have no hesitation in not only recommending shutters to anyone but I would also strongly advise that the only company to use for this operation would be The Edinburgh Shutter Company.

We have had plantation shutters fitted to the windows of two bedrooms and we are delighted with the results. They look absolutely amazing and the quality of the product is perfect. From start to finish, dealing with this company has been a pleasure. Staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We are so pleased with the product we are going to get them back to fit shutters in our living room! Can't recommend them enough. Stevie was our fitter and he and his team left the house spotless.

The shutters are really high quality and add elegance to my rooms. This is the second house I have had shutters installed in by The Edinburgh Shutter Co. and this time I didn’t bother getting quotes etc from other people as the Edinburgh Shutter co. have competitive prices and great customer service. The fitters Aggie and Jamie could not have been more helpful and were really tidy. First five star rating I have ever given, very satisfied customer.

A few years ago (5) had shutters fitted - no issues and still happy with them and have recommended to several friends who have also used Edinburgh Shutters.
Happy to return to have blinds fitted to bifold doors as having issues with a cold room.
Absolutely delighted with the blinds and the difference they have made to the temperature in the room.
