I had a problem with a window that had been stick shut for a number of months. I emailed GR to come around, Graeme was very quick to respond and they arranged to come the following week at a time that suited me. Andy from GR arrived on time as arranged. I had great service from Andy who was professional, friendly and courteous, and who was able to fix the window there and then at their standard call out charge. His good work also saved me money as another quote I had for the window repair was far higher. Would definitely use GR again and recommend them to anyone, especially Andy. Cheers!

Would highly recommend. New doors and windows fitted throughout. Windows and doors are high specification units. Cannot fault on service provided in any way ! If you are considering getting windows or doors I would strongly recommend Graeme and his Team. We got quotes from the usual suspects who advertise on TV and avoided like the plague due to their poor level of interest from their Sales Reps in relation to basic questions. I would have no hesitation in using again or recommending to anyone else !

This was a small window repair job and unlike other traders I was not ignored and email response was prompt. Andy was polite and explained the job that was needed well and let me know how much it would cost before starting. The job was also of good quality.

We have just had 9 new UPVC Windows and a back door fitted by GR Windows. I cannot recommend the company highly enough, their professionalism and attention to detail was superb.
A three man team took three days to fit them and they were punctual and all very personable, nothing was too much trouble for them and they cleaned up and made the place spotless every day after they had finished.
I have used them in the past for a front door and will continue to recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.

I used GR last year for window fitting and very pleased. Last week I had a problem with a tilt and turn window and they were back at the property th3 day I reported the problem. Very professional and ultra helpful.

We contacted GR Services to replace our back door - we knew exactly what we wanted, and the team were able to give us a quote on the same day. This was followed by a survey to take measurements and have a final discussion about options. Then we agreed to proceed and booked a date for the new door to be fitted. Communication throughout the process with Wes in the office was excellent and the fitters on the day were really lovely.

A new front door. From the initial conversation to the installation of the front door GR Windows & Doors was very professional and the product was of a high standard. I would have no problem in recommending this company.

GR Windows supplied and installed replacement vertical sliding uPVC windows in my 2nd floor tenement flat.

The whole process was very smooth. The initial visit was done by a fitter, who explained the options and had no trouble answering my questions. The quote was competitive and the communication was excellent throughout. The work was done on schedule (in one day) to a great standard and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. A minor snag was put right without any fuss. The new windows have been in for about a month and all is well.

We had a new composite door fitted I visited the showroom and was given advice and tips from the owner, honest and not trying to upsell and given a catalogue to look through. Quote was a fair price and I was happy to go ahead, really pleased with the door and workmanship very neat, it definitely enhances the look of my property and I would use the company again when it comes to replacing windows too.
