Responded to a low-value yet very urgent job most professionally. Very impressed that we were attended to so promptly and delighted with care and attention taken to resolve the problem.

Graeme discussed the best design for the windows and doors and made suggestions but there was no high pressure sales chat. Job was scheduled within reasonable time and completed over two days. Andy and Jack carried out the work and were very pleasant, helpful and tidy!

Found GR Windows and Door Specialists on the ‘City of Edinburgh Trusted Traders’ web site and arranged for the company to install replacement doors. Product is superb (I’m a professional Civil Engineer) and the installation crew couldn’t do enough to help. The price was also extremely competitive. I will certainly be using Graham again! I contacted GR Window and Door Specialists to quote me for a new front door and replacing a number of windows. They contacted me back very quickly and arranged to visit my property to quote for the work.
From start to finish they acted in a professional manner and once I had accepted the quote they quickly arranged an installation date.
On the day of fitting they attended on time and carried out the work to a very high standard.
I am very pleased with the work and would recommend them in future. I will be using them again in the near future to replace the last few windows in my property.

I would thoroughly recommend GR Services to anyone. We have just had a patio door put in and the quality of work is second to none. The door and installation is value for money, I found the company easy to do business with, they arrived on time, cleaned as they went, got rid of all bricks and rubble, installed the door, put up dust sheets so there was minimal mess internally and tidied up externally to the point I did not have to do anything. The guys that came were excellent, really nice and worked hard. The job is fantastic and it has transformed our living area. We could not be happier with the end result. I will be asking them back to fix my windows next!!

Fitted a new window and adjusted an existing door. Came when they said they would and completed the job with minimum fuss or mess. Would use again and am happy to recommend.
