Great work done and very professional

Great value for money as GR supplied & fitted a composite front door at a better price than any of the other quotes we had for a similar quality door. Arranging the fitting was simple and GR were very flexible in fitting around our availability. On the day the fitters were friendly, efficient and tidied up afterwards. Would definitely recommend them.

I've just had several windows installed by this company and have been very happy with the entire process. The customer service has been great from start to finish, and from every representative of the company. At every turn, they've answered my questions (of which I had many) well and honestly, even if the answer was very occasionally "no that's not an option." They've also been thorough in ensuring that I know exactly how the windows work. The windows themselves seem solid and are exactly what I ordered, although of course I cannot attest to their longevity one day after installation. The quote was very competitive; that and their care and patience with my questions before making a decision to choose their quote were two of the main reasons I went with them over other companies. I would recommend them and will likely get them back in future if I need other work of this type.

We contacted GR window and door specialists for a quote for a new front door. The surveyor that came out was very professional, friendly, informative and the thing I really liked about this company, that sets them apart from others, in a positive way, is there is absolutely no sales pressure.
We chose the door from a catalogue and it came at an extremely good and fair price in comparison to other companies.
The entire process from measurements to fitting was carried out in an extremely professional and reliable manner.
The two guys Liam & Jake who did the fitting were very professional, reliable and friendly and cleaned up behind them.

I had GR Services out to my property to look at my windows, having just moved into the flat I realised that they were faulty. Andy came out and fully accessed each window in careful detail and even gave me a bit of advice. He was very friendly and helpful.

All the windows needed replacing in our four-storey common stair. GR Windows have done a great job. Communication with Graeme was first rate, from start to finish. The fitters were professional, courteous, cheerful and clean workers. They came on the appointed days and stayed on the job until it was done. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. The service is excellent.

I had a failed double glazed window unit replaced and the whole process was frankly exemplary. I was delighted with the product, the service & the price seemed reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.

Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant & helpful & communication was excellent throughout;
A survey visit was carried out promptly & the quote was with me the same day;
Manufacture & delivery time seemed very reasonable & the old unit was removed & replaced very quickly & efficiently;
The installer left the new window glass sparkling & the worksite spotless;
Invoicing was clear & the price was as quoted.

After receiving some vert high quotes form other companies i was lucky to be directed to G and R windows and doors by recommendation through a family member. Working from a tight budget and after some discussion with Graham, he told me that the best option would be to replace the large, 3 main DG window pains that had now condensation between the glass. This saved me hundreds of pounds. The work was completed today and done well. Very pleased. Many thanks Graham and his team. Great job done. The best advice and price from any of the companies i had quotes from.
