Cannot fault this company. Completed the job in time specified, cleaned up when finished the job and left me with beautifully fitted windows and doors. Good value for money. Would highly recommend this company. Nice to support an independent company run by a hard working team instead of an expensive retail chain. No obligation initial quote didn't include a pushy sales chat either.

I have used GR Window & Doors twice now for supply and fit of windows to my home (16 in total). They were recommended to me by the trade.

On both occasions it has been straight forward, they have completed the work exactly as requested with no fuss and tidied up afterwards. The finish is very good and I would not hesitate recommending them.

The work began well within the time stated, and the new window installed in less time than expected. Steven (assisted by Scott occasionally), was very helpful and friendly, ensuring I knew how to operate the window before leaving. All debris from the room and stair were cleared afterwards.
I would happily recommend this company to others.

Phoned for a quote about 4 weeks ago and a friendly guy arrived when they said he would. Got a very reasonable quote for replacing 4 large windows. I was pretty specific on when I needed them done due to other work being done in my flat and GR were able to meet the timescale
Guys arrived yesterday with the windows and promptly set about removing the old ones. I stayed in for an hour or so then left them too it. There were 3 of them and they were all lovely guys. Returned about an hour before they expected to finish checked everything was going ok and left them again to return just before they were tidying up to leave

I have been massively impressed. We needed two large bay windows, a large front room window and two smaller windows replaced - so a fair sized job. We invited 3 local companies to tender, GR Windows were the cheapest, had the longest guarantee for the work and delivered what we wanted on time and in budget. The latter points being impressive as there were sevaral minor problems with the install. I am really happy that we selected GR Windows and wouldn't hesitate to recommend tham to others. They are good people.

Everything I required from ordering to fitting was done very professionally. I do have other work I will require to be done in future and I will definitely be using GR Windows again. I can’t recommend them more highly than that.

It was just a comparatively small job which we required help with. Our front door was jammed shut (one of the locking bolts had stuck in the door frame). GR Window & Door Specialists turned up when they said they would, told us exactly what they would do to sort out our problem & did it. The two guys were friendly & clearly had a wide knowledge of doors etc. & it cost us an awful lot less than what we had expected to pay. We will be recommending this Company to everyone we know.

I was impressed by GR. They visited and spent time making a thorough assessment of the repair required to my patio doors and demonstrated the origins of the problem to me clearly before supplying an estimate, not knowing if they would actually get the work. When appointed they returned at the agreed date and time and were clearly committed to completing the work effectively and efficiently, which they did. I found them knowledgeable and reliable and I would not hesitate to recommend them as a company that justifies the 'Trust' in Trusted Trader.
