I didn’t actually get work done as this company were so honest that, despite knowing it would potentially be an insurance claim for the work I needed done, they advised me that it was a very minor job and we could repair it ourselves easily. A large number of companies these days would be happy to give false info in order to get more money knowing it was potentially being paid by insurance company.

Delighted with the job carried out recently. The work was carried out efficiently, knowledgeably and professionally by the friendly workmen. Would not hesitate to use the company again or to recommend them to anyone else. Thank you.

Fantastic service, called for an emergency repair to a broken window, they were with me in 20minutes to measure up. Window replaced within a few hours, lovely guys and great work. Would highly recommend.

I contacted this company on behalf of my elderly mother regarding a longstanding issue with two windows not opening. I received a very prompt response and an arrangement was made for a surveyor to attend to coincide with me being there which was extremely helpful. The surveyor arrived at the arranged time and assessed the issue. He offered to try and get the windows open there and then which my mother happily agreed to. He had the windows open in no time at all so the issue was resolved in the one visit. I am in a top floor tenement flat and my old wooden windows were very much in need of replacing. G R Window & Doors came out to measure up and they went on to supply and install 5 vertical sliding uPVC windows, the whole process was made very easy from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. There was a level of professionalism in all they did - from measuring the door, turning up to the minute to begin the work itself and being bang on as to how long the work would take.

The door was fitted perfectly and all residual work from removing the original door to doing an outstanding job in tidying up was undertaken.

Solved a problem with dormer windows front and back. Great attitude and evidently very skilled people.

After trying several suppliers I spoke to GR about supplying and fitting a new back door.

From the first conversation they done everything they said they would. Were clear on timelines and estimated costs(which were accurate to the final cost)

Installation happened on the day agreed and the fitters were very good, cleaning up any mess and explaining their work and the product.

The quality of the door is very good and finished installation has made a huge difference to my house.

I contacted GR Windows and Doors for a quote for a new front door. The whole process was seamless from arranging a surveyor to come out to measure to the actual fitting of the door. Wes in the office was very helpful and responded to e-mails quickly. On the fitting day, the fitters arrived ahead of schedule and were very efficient and did a great job. We are very happy with the door we chose and it was very reasonably priced compared with the national companies. Would definitely use them again.

We have just had the windows replaced in two rooms and are really pleased with the work carried out. The workmen were very good and got the job done quicker than we expected and with little mess! we hope to get the remaining windows replaced next year and will be contacting them again.
