We had 3 windows replaced. Initial appointment was professional, friendly and informative. Quote was reasonable and received promptly. Work was completed within half a day to a high standard. Would highly recommend!

I was recommend to Graeme Reid Services and accepted their estimate for supply and fit of Rock Door and supply of a window. I was very impressed with the products, the service and workmanship. I found the company reliable and the fitters were polite, friendly but professional. j have today recommended them to a friend. Would like to wish this reliable company all the best in the future and I would use them again.

They did a really good job on my windows and doors. They quoted quickly, came when they said they would, were quick and tidy, and did everything I needed to a high standard. And the price was very reasonable. Excellent service!

Contacted GR Window & Door specialists in January, received various catalogues to select door. On receipt of our order, an arrangement to take accurate measurements too place and within 2 days had a fitting date.
2 fitters arrived as promised within 2 hour window, and fitted door quickly and efficiently. The area was hoovered and left tidy. We had a slight snagging issue and within 24 hours, the fitters returned to resolve.
Delighted with service, regular communication from contact through to door fitting and would highly recommend. Would definitely use again.

The entire process from contacting company to getting measurements, to choosing doors, getting a quote and finally fitting was easy and done in a professional, friendly and extremely reliable manner, Liam & Jake were both professional and friendly, cleaned and hoovered up afterwards.
I would definitely recommend and use GR Services in the future.

I had a Rockdoor Colonial front door supplied and fitted, whilst expensive the quality of the door is excellent.
Excellent service from GR Windows and Doors from start to finish. The installation team that completed the work were very efficient and tidied up when finished. My thanks also to the office team for there help and assistance throughout the whole process.
I would highly recommend this company and certainly use them again.

Graeme discussed the best design for the windows and doors and made suggestions but there was no high pressure sales chat. Job was scheduled within reasonable time and completed over two days. Andy and Jack carried out the work and were very pleasant, helpful and tidy!

Our bedroom window had been jammed shut for months after having problems with the mechanism. We were worried it would need to be replaced altogether. After reading reviews we called g r windows to see if it could be repaired. They came out the following morning and fixed it there and then at a very reasonable price. The workman was friendly, helpful and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them should our windows need replaced in future.

In the past I have always used one of the ‘Big Names’ to replace widows in both my home and rental properties. Found GR Windows and Door Specialists on the ‘City of Edinburgh Trusted Traders’ web site and arranged for the company to install replacement doors. Product is superb (I’m a professional Civil Engineer) and the installation crew couldn’t do enough to help. The price was also extremely competitive. I will certainly be using Graham again! Terrific service

GR Window and Doors were fantastic to deal with, professional, competitively priced and were really quick to quote and install. There was a tiny hiccup during installation where the letterbox was damaged, but it was replaced by the following day with no fuss. I couldn't recommend this company enough.
