My boiler was not able to heat up my water, the engineer (Eric) found numerous faults and managed to get the parts, it took about a couple of weeks but this was due to the age of the boiler, Eric was very courteous and the office staff were also extremely helpful and allowed me to discuss things in detail.

First glass service ,i needed a plumber not a service they usually give ,but as i have a heating contract with them they sent one out at a time to suit my working hours ,even though it was just about his finishing time he went to the merchant to get the part i needed and stayed on to fit it ,all with a cheery word and a smile .can not praise the service i was given enough .

Rob and Connor persevered to locate and repair a very inaccessible gas leak. I am very impressed with the service I received both from the staff at Contract Heating's office and with the work Rob and Connor carried out at my home. Highly recommended

I don't have a clue about boilers and so was worried about being tricked into spending way over the odds to repair or replace my boiler after it had stopped working. Contract Heating sent a chap the same day to come and have a look and 2 days later after the part had arrived we had hot water again! Would use again 100%.

The engineer that attended ( Gary ) arrived when the company said he would. He was pleasant, answered all my questions and explained what he was doing and why.
He obviously knew the product inside out and had the back up from his office to locate and obtain any necessary spares that he did not carry with him.

I consider Contract Heating to be a very skilled and exceptionally reliable Company. I waited only one day (but had, in actual fact, been offered a p.m. appointment of the morning when I had first phoned) to secure an appointment for a gas boiler repair. I was given the option of a first call, between 8am and 9am, which meant that I did not have to take time off work. As standard practice, the engineer phoned to say that he was on his way and duly arrived 10 minutes later. He quickly diagnosed that a new fan was needed, but he unfortunately did not have a replacement one to hand (this particular fan being less common and therefore not part of their routine stock). He immediately ordered a new fan via the office and gave reassurance that the Company would endeavour to source a replacement as soon as possible, appreciating that we had no heating or hot water. 30 minutes after the engineer had left, Contract Heating phoned to say that a new fan had been sourced. The original engineer was contacted and the arrangement made for him to make a second home visit that same day to fit the new fan. Once again, the engineer phoned ahead to confirm his arrival and he successfully repaired the boiler mid-afternoon. Excellent service or what ... especially when we thought that we would be facing a further whole weekend of no heating or hot water! I have a Standard Service Contract with Contact Heating and the Company has never let me down whenever the boiler has required to be repaired or serviced. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this Company to other householders.

I've used Contract Heating for many years, so I got them to install my new boiler. Their quote was cheapest, and their fitters spent a long day with us, solving a few problems; they stayed until the job was done. The new boiler is working brilliantly. I won't hesitate to use their services again and can heartily recommend them.

Been using them for years and they are great. They sent me a reminder that it was time to service my boiler. An appointment was arranged promptly and the engineer arrived right on time. He (Andrew) did a very thorough job and only charged around £70 which for a house call seems very reasonable.

I have used Contract Heating on a number of occasions, and on each one they have provided an exceptional service. Every aspect of the experience is exactly how it should be - the customer service from the office is great (thanks Leanne!), the engineers are friendly, professional and knowledgable, and the standard of the work is very high indeed. For many years Contract Heating has dealt with all the gas boiler installation, servicing, maintenance contract and occasional repairs for a house with two, then one, very vulnerable elderly residents. They have provided a superb service, being very prompt in tackling any problems so that we had total confidence that our frail parents would not be left without heating. From those who answer the phone and deal with invoicing, to the engineers, everyone has been kind and efficient - a joy to deal with. We wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone in need of heating services.

Have used Contract Heating for years and always find them professional. Their office set up is significantly better than other companies, and you can always speak to helpful staff and managers whether you have a technical query or an admin issue. In my experience they are able to send an engineer next day and most recently Contract Heating carried out electrical work for me and did so in an exemplary way, and accommodated and helped me when I got the wrong type of lights. Their pricing is reasonable and their staff conduct themselves honestly and ethically, sticking to their word. I will continue to use them and hope their company continues to develop along current lines

Have been using contract heating for a number of years now and was once again pleased with the service provided.


Our boiler needed a new gasket which the engineer didn't have to hand and despite it being out of working hours at this point he went out his way to track it down from another engineer in the area.The part was delivered to the house and within 30mins the boiler was back up and running and saving us needing a return visit the following day.

Highly recommend and will continue using this company.

We've used Contract Heating for our annual domestic boiler checks for many years. However, this job was due to two leaking control valves. Replacing them was done by Rob within the time quoted, but a further Gate Valve was also required to be replaced due to it having been poorly installed 15 years previously. Anyway, all work completed on schedule and with due care and consideration for the surroundings and overall neatness of the cabling around the pipes. Rob also provided helpful advice on how to monitor the system's pressure going forwards.

I do have a service contract for my boiler and they are just so reliable ,great value and always very helpful ,i phoned to have a gas fire serviced which was done at a time and day that suited me and they turned up on time ,the fire was not installed correctly so i needed a gas fitter which the company supplied and they gave me a good discount on the price ,they showed me what they were doing and explained why and it all made sense and did need to be done ,also no mess at all with the service even asked for a dust pan and brush for the mess that was behind fire from chimney ,i have found all the staff helpful ,cheery and reliable ,and they tell you the price before and after vat is added ,and give no pressure to use them ,a truly great company .
