Contract Heating have a proven track record that spans more than 20 years. In that time we have continued to provide landlords and tenants with a first class boiler repair and installation service.
We are Gas Safe Registered and our gas engineers are supported by a highly trained team of people based at our office in Edinburgh, the office staff ensure our customers jobs are managed and completed with the minimum of disruption to the customer.

This ensures high standards as we are audited by each certification body - Gas Safe Register, NICEIC, BAFE and The Legionella Control Association. Chris and Ryan installed our central heating and did a great job despite the challenges of dealing with a 120 year old building. They bent over backwards to keep us happy and have to be highly recommended in my view. They worked really hard including staying up to 8.30 pm on a Friday night to finish the job!

This is the second time we have employed Contract heating for a job. Both times we have had Eric providing support and both times he has provided an excellent service.
Eric talked me through exactly what he was doing/checking which has increased my personal knowledge on the area.

I have had a yearly contract for service of boiler for a number of years, and every year, I am thankful to have this done by Contract Heating.

We have had a problem with our boiler leaking that was not fixed on the first visit. Contract Heating came out again today and did a very comprehensive assessment, fixed the problem with no extra charge. We have used them for over 10 years for servicing and repairs, are extremely happy with the company and recommend them.

Very happy with the service provided by Contract Heating. They have serviced the boiler at my flat for years and more recently also the boiler at my partner's flat, which we now run as self catering apartments so reliability is essential. The recent visit was arranged very promptly to fix the boiler. Although the time is booked for either afternoon or morning, the 'gas engineer tracking app' is excellent because you can see how many more jobs the engineer has until getting to you. I was impressed with how professional the engineer was, he worked effectively and cleanly, tidied up and set the kitchen back the way it was. He took time to explain what he had done and how to look out for whether there could have been other potential causes for the problem, having fixed the first obvious cause.

Had a new boiler installed. Had a couple of issues with the install, which can happen with any company, but they dealt with the issues extremely well, immediately responding to me and quickly resolving all issues. Left with a very good install and very good value for money. Would definitely use again and intend to use this company for maintenance of boiler going forward.

Chris and Allan came to our house on Wednesday and Thursday to install our new condensing boiler. They were friendly, helpful and their housekeeping was very good. I have been a customer of Contract Heating for more than 10 years and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for central heating installation or service contract.

Contract Heating were tasked to visit my home by my landlord to conduct the annual boiler and electrical inspections. During the visit an issue regarding faulty electrics in the consumer unit was discovered and the company sent "Ben" to evaluate and commence remedial work. He did so by obtaining and replacing the entire unit with professionalism, he was highly knowledgeable and despite his eagerness to continue, he was prepared to discuss the ongoing work in a patient and respectful manner and was happy to answer any questions I had with confidence. He was smartly turned out, polite and respectful. Ben ensured his work area was cleaned up and free from working debris at all times and particularly on leaving the job. We were kept in touch at each stage of the remedial work by updates, calls on arrival times and estimated time necessary. I have no doubt that my landlord will continue to use Contract Heating and that the ratings "value for money" will be favourably assessed by them (I will not have sight of the invoice).

I had all my landlord certs and remedial work done with Contract Heating. The whole process was hassle and stress free from start to finish. From booking a job to getting the receipt of work the customer service was excellent. Very friendly efficient staff.
The works that came to the house were vert professional and worked tidily. They were very respectful of myself and my house.
As a single woman i felt very safe in my home alone with the workmen.
I would only use this company in the future as their pricing and commitment to customer satisfaction is unbeatable.

We had a problem, just as all firms were closing for Christmas, when our gas supply was cut off due to a minor leak in pipework between our flat and a remote meter room. None of the companies we tried would make any arrangement for a repair, until we tried Contract Heating. Although unable to attend until Boxing Day they contacted me first thing that morning and a repair was quickly and efficiently completed even though they had only a skeleton staff available.

We've used Contract Heating for servicing our old boiler for quite a few years and were always happy. So we decided to use them when the time came to install a new one. The quotes were very competitive and, unlike some firms, an engineer came rather than a salesperson. This absolutely sealed the deal for us! He knew what he was talking about and was able to work out in advance of the installer, where piping would go and where there might be issues. The installation took one day, was carried out efficiently, on time and with courtesy by the engineer and the young apprentice. We can honestly say that we would highly recommend Contract Heating to anyone wanting boiler servicing or installation.
