Contract Heating have a proven track record that spans more than 20 years. In that time we have continued to provide landlords and tenants with a first class boiler repair and installation service.
We are Gas Safe Registered and our gas engineers are supported by a highly trained team of people based at our office in Edinburgh, the office staff ensure our customers jobs are managed and completed with the minimum of disruption to the customer.

PAT & Electrical Testing, Gas Safety Checks, Legionella Risk Assessment, Domestic Water System Periodic Inspection, Fire Alarm Maintenance, EICR, Fire Risk Assessment, Service Contracts, EPC's, boiler repair and installation, Gas Engineer Training, Landlord Gas Awareness Training.
Contract Heating are third party certified for each type of work we carry out. This ensures high standards as we are audited by each certification body - Gas Safe Register, NICEIC, BAFE and The Legionella Control Association. This means that you are in safe hands with us and can easily verify our competency.

I have previously had boiler services and more recently I have had a new boiler fitted.
I can say that the level of service that I received - during service of old boiler and purchase/fitting of the new boiler - has been excellent.
I would particularly like to mention the engineers that have been to the house on both occasions. They have been very polite, friendly and professional at all times. And although I don't usually bother with feedback it was such a noticeable Good Experience that I thought it was worth mentioning.

As a Letting Agent I have used Contract Heating for a considerable amount of years and they always provide a first class and professional service.
They have just this week installed a Boiler into my home and I have to say that Alan Reid and Liam were hard working young men and provided a first class job. They were polite and most importantly very tidy, you would have thought they had not been in my house. Delighted with job and the Ariston Boiler.

I have used contract Heating for many years now and did not hesitate to contact them for a new boiler. Chris Allison and Liam came out and firstly gave me an estimate which I was delighted with. They have just finished installation and showing me how to use the app on my phone to set up times for it coming on.
Both these guys were courteous and conscious of cleanliness when the job was finished.
I would have no hesitation on recommending them or using them again myself

I used Contract Heating for electrical work. I found them to be very professional to deal with and very flexible around appointment times. The team that schedule the work are extremely friendly and easy to do business with. Just like the officer crew, the on site engineers are also very professional, competent and neat. They keep the customer well informed throughout the work and there are no surprises at the end of the work.

I have used Contract Heating since 2007, they do all my HMO certificates, boiler and central heating repairs and replacements. I have always found them extremely professional and quick to respond. The administrative staff are efficient and helpful as are the engineers and others who carry out the work. I have just had a new boiler installed with new radiators, it was all done very quickly.

4 years ago, after various heating engineers and bills, I went to Contract Heating to assess whether I needed a new boiler, heating system etc and from the start, they were polite and efficient when I called and arranged an engineer to assess things. I wasn't sure they could be trusted then and the promises and contract seemed too good to be true. They first of all saved me money as they found an ongoing fault in my boiler and repaired it. That was great as my boiler had been seen by 3 other companies who didn't find the fault. Then they offered me a contract with included service and parts and each year, the service engineer has without fail sorted some minor thing out, replaced parts without costs and been totally on time and efficient. I have passed their name to several friends, some of whom are now their clients and feel like me that they are pretty damn good.

New Ariston boiler installed. Excellent service. Very efficient, quick and courteous staff. Chris took the time to patiently explain to me all that I needed to know and left me feeling confident.
Also, previously, admin staff have been extremely helpful when I was left without heating at the weekend by my fuel supplier's faulty installation of a Smart meter. Contract Heating saved the day for me - at the weekend too!
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Contract Heating were called to review my boiler which wasn’t working, prompt arrival with a call from engineer to give exact time when he was close. 24 hrs to get part and successfully fitted.

Contract Heating were efficient, reliable and pleasant to deal with. I found their employee who carried out a safety check for my boiler and other appliances very helpful and the best-informed contractor I have ever come cross in explaining how things work - so much more helpful than the manufacturers themselves, in his explanations and instructions. We got an old back boiler removed, and a new Ariston Evo Combi boiler put in.
The standard of work was first class, the Engineers, Rob, Austin and Adam, were very knowledgeable, explained everything as the work was getting done. All the waste materials were removed and our house was left very tidy.
All in all, would recommend them to everyone.

New Ariston boiler fitted and very happy with it so far. The fitters Chris and Lewis were great - friendly, cleaned up well after the job and talked me though the process the whole way. I would definitely recommend Contract Heating, as I have used them for 15 years and have always felt I have been supported well throughout my boiler history!
