Contract Heating have a proven track record that spans more than 20 years. In that time we have continued to provide landlords and tenants with a first class boiler repair and installation service.
We are Gas Safe Registered and our gas engineers are supported by a highly trained team of people based at our office in Edinburgh, the office staff ensure our customers jobs are managed and completed with the minimum of disruption to the customer.

PAT & Electrical Testing, Gas Safety Checks, Legionella Risk Assessment, Domestic Water System Periodic Inspection, Fire Alarm Maintenance, EICR, Fire Risk Assessment, Service Contracts, EPC's, boiler repair and installation, Gas Engineer Training, Landlord Gas Awareness Training.
Contract Heating are third party certified for each type of work we carry out. This ensures high standards as we are audited by each certification body - Gas Safe Register, NICEIC, BAFE and The Legionella Control Association. This means that you are in safe hands with us and can easily verify our competency.

For many years Contract Heating has dealt with all the gas boiler installation, servicing, maintenance contract and occasional repairs for a house with two, then one, very vulnerable elderly residents. They have provided a superb service, being very prompt in tackling any problems so that we had total confidence that our frail parents would not be left without heating. From those who answer the phone and deal with invoicing, to the engineers, everyone has been kind and efficient - a joy to deal with. We wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone in need of heating services.

Have used Contract Heating for years and always find them professional. Their office set up is significantly better than other companies, and you can always speak to helpful staff and managers whether you have a technical query or an admin issue. In my experience they are able to send an engineer next day and most recently Contract Heating carried out electrical work for me and did so in an exemplary way, and accommodated and helped me when I got the wrong type of lights. Their pricing is reasonable and their staff conduct themselves honestly and ethically, sticking to their word. I will continue to use them and hope their company continues to develop along current lines

Have been using contract heating for a number of years now and was once again pleased with the service provided.
Our boiler needed a new gasket which the engineer didn't have to hand and despite it being out of working hours at this point he went out his way to track it down from another engineer in the area.The part was delivered to the house and within 30mins the boiler was back up and running and saving us needing a return visit the following day.
Highly recommend and will continue using this company.

We've used Contract Heating for our annual domestic boiler checks for many years. However, this job was due to two leaking control valves. Replacing them was done by Rob within the time quoted, but a further Gate Valve was also required to be replaced due to it having been poorly installed 15 years previously. Anyway, all work completed on schedule and with due care and consideration for the surroundings and overall neatness of the cabling around the pipes. Rob also provided helpful advice on how to monitor the system's pressure going forwards.

I do have a service contract for my boiler and they are just so reliable ,great value and always very helpful ,i phoned to have a gas fire serviced which was done at a time and day that suited me and they turned up on time ,the fire was not installed correctly so i needed a gas fitter which the company supplied and they gave me a good discount on the price ,they showed me what they were doing and explained why and it all made sense and did need to be done ,also no mess at all with the service even asked for a dust pan and brush for the mess that was behind fire from chimney ,i have found all the staff helpful ,cheery and reliable ,and they tell you the price before and after vat is added ,and give no pressure to use them ,a truly great company .

Our heating system failed and Contract Heating was contacted. Their engineer arrived when expected and phoned ahead to inform us.
The engineer was very pleasant and fast and efficient and our heating system was back up and running within the hour.
Knowing that service like this is available stops you worrying about things that might go wrong !

First class company with engineers who turn up on time, keep you fully informed and are very tidy.
The engineer never stopped and although he encountered some issues, he overcame these so we never had to worry.
Very well presented and fully understood our needs. Explained thoroughly before leaving.
Big plus point, seven days later a quality control engineer called to ensure everything was to our complete satisfaction.

A combi boiler break down between Christmas and New Year was an unexpected expense, but Contract Heating were available quickly, both the admin staff on the phone and the engineer (Andrew) were understanding, pleasant and helpful. Full terms & conditions explained, the visit happened very soon after my morning call, parts already in hand, and everything was fixed by midday. I was pleased with the job done and advice received, and their professionalism.

This is my 3rd year using Contract Heating to service my boiler and I wouldn't dream of using any other company. Booking a visit is so easy and straight-forward. The Engineer called me 30 mins before his arrival, which is extremely helpful. He was very pleasant and well-mannered. He carried out the service and reassured me if for some reason a problem occurred I was just to call the office and it would be dealt with asap.
Service is so good my Mum has an Engineer booked to carry out a service on her boiler next wk.
