I was very happy with the repair to my washing machine. The repair was carried out quickly, efficiently and within 24 hours of being requested.

The oven part of my mums cooker had stopped working. She's 89 and partially sighted so I wanted to get it sorted as soon as possible with someone trustworthy who had been vetted and had lots of good feedback. I called and got Billy at 10am who was straightforward and clear about his costs and next steps. He'd been round, discovered it was the element that needed replacing, had the part in his van so fixed it there and then and it was all done by 2pm, fantastic! Highly recommended and reasonably priced too.

Billy came out in absolutely atrocious weather during severe snow and ice and could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable.
He not only immediately identified the problem with our washing machine but noted a further issue which needed immediate attention and although he did not have the required part with him, he went home to fetch it and returned straight away to fit the part.
The washing machine is over 10 years old and is now working as well as it did when brand new.

Phoned Billy about 12 midway to see if he could put my oven door back on as I couldn’t get it back on after cleaning it .
He promptly arrived about 2.30 looked at it and he said he hadn’t seen one like this before but 20 minutes later it was back on after numerous members of the family trying for nearly a week.
