Business Information
With over 30 years experience in the Domestic Appliance Industry, I started my career with an Edinburgh firm, ACE Domestic Appliances. After 10 years service I moved to work with National Homecare (Servis UK) and was approached by Alan Wallace, of Wallace’s Domestic Appliances to take a position with his reputable company.
Having worked 18 years with Wallace’s I have now branched out to set up my own company, BR Domestic Appliance Specialist, based in Midlothian – covering Edinburgh and the Lothians.

I came across Billy after searching online for someone doing tumble drier repairs. He was quick to reply, quick to attend and fixed the problem immediately. He has since been back to fix my washing machine and cooker and I would not hesitate to use him again and to recommend him to others.

I had a problem with my integrated washing machine Billy was reconnected to me by a friend I could not be happier Billy arrived a couple hours after my phone call fixed the problem charge a reasonable and affordable price and had no more problems with my washing machine I’d definitely use Billy again and would hundred percent recommend to anyone, reliable fast service professional and affordable great service.

First class customer service. From initial enquiry call, visit was arranged and arrived promptly with job carried out to my satisfaction, for excellent value for money and quality of work excellent. Billy from BR Domestic fixed our washing machine. I called on the Sunday and he was out the following day. Very good value for money and extremely trust worthy. He was unobtrusive and got the job done extremely fast.
I have now recommended Billy to friends and family, one of which used him to repair their oven fan.

My washing machine was making funny noises during a spin cycle nd a friend suggested I contacted BR Domestic Appliance Specialist so I called and Billy came out the next day and fixed my machine there and then! If any of my other appliances break down I know who I will be contacting!
