Billy came out at sorted our dishwasher after another contractor who installed the machine failed to return calls. Very approachable and offered to try and fit in an appointment as early as possible. Sorted the problem in few hours and explained all payment terms up front - highly recommend Billy !

I needed to find someone to fix my daughter's washing machine as the door wouldn't open at the end of a wash cycle. I've used this Trusted Trader site to find contractors for several years now and the reviews for BR Domestic Appliance Specialist stood out a mile in this category. Billy was on holiday but arranged to fix the problem on the day he got back, and even called round to my daughter's workplace to pick up her keys to get access. The machine needed a new door kit which he already had in his van so he was able to complete the repair right away. This is first class service! Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

Finding that my washing machine had stopped working one afternoon, I phoned BR Domestic Appliance Specialist after seeing consistently positive reviews online from other customers, and I’m glad I did! William was helpfully clear on the phone about what the costs for labour and parts would be if the problem was what he thought it might be (and reassuringly clear that it would be just a much smaller call out fee if it proved to be unfixable). He was able to fit me in the next morning, and arrived as scheduled (texting ahead). He worked quickly to diagnose and repair the problem (worn motor brushes that needed replacing), and tested the machine was working before he left. His very reasonable charge was exactly in line with what he’d estimated on the phone and my washing machine has been continuing to work fine. Recommended!

Billy repaired my elderly parents’ hoover. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently at an excellent price. Because of they were unable to drop the hoover at his shop he kindly agreed to pick it up and drop it off again. We will use Billy for any appliance repairs we need in the future.

I had to get the element in my oven replaced. Mr Rutherford came on the
day I phoned him and was able to fix the problem right away. I will certainly contact him again, if required.
