The dishwasher pump stopped working. Billy came promptly within the agreed time frame and fixed it. We are very happy with his service.

Billy was brilliant, managed to come and sort out our washing machine within the same day, friendly and professional and I will 100% be using him in the future for any repair jobs! Highly recommend!

My elderly frail mother had a problem with her washing machine . I am remote from my mother but asked BR Domestic Appliance Specialist Billy to go and have a look. He was considerate and respectful of my mother and both she and myself were delighted with his response and clarity. I called Billy yesterday evening and he made himself available to fix my washing machine the next morning. A really sweet man, Billy was reassuring, professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the situation and immediately knew what was required. His eye for detail meant he also spotted a secondary fault with the machine that would have caused it to flood the room when next used. All in all the fix took him less than an hour and the cost was good value for the parts, labour and the peace of mind. I cannot recommend him enough.

Billy has repaired vacuum cleaners and a washing machine for us.
He responds extremely quickly, problem solves and acts accordingly with no fuss, clear communication and very fair costs.
Cannot recommend highly enough!

We have 3 children, 2 of whom are disabled so we actually have 2 washing machines for all the laundry. One wasn’t working (Logik brand) and a well known company that I initially called told me it was too difficult to get parts for Logik and then tried to sell me a new machine for around £600! Without much hope but desperate to try to get our machine fixed asap I called BR Domestics after reading the many positive reviews. Billy came right away and ordered the part we needed without any problems then came to fit it it as soon as the part arrived. A fraction of the price of a new machine. I see why he gets all the positive reviews - well deserved !

Billy fitted my new oven and helped repair my washing machine. He was quick to respond and book, really helpful and very nice. Couldn’t recommend more.

Billy provided a simply excellent service. He answered my initial call about a washing machine problem, explained the procedure for repair, gave an indicative cost and agreed to come the following day. Everything was repaired within a day of my initial call. The repair was a little more extensive however Billy had the spare part and also informed me of the additional work required. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Repaired oven and control switch and a jammed washing machine drawer. Contacted BR yesterday and job done this afternoon. Friendly and helpful man and very pleased with work will use him again and pleased to recommend him to others.

Our oven heating element packed in and Billy was recommended by an electrician. He was on our premises within 90 mins and returned with the part later in the morning. We were back up and running by lunch time. Excellent service and personable character. Highly recommended.

We had a dishwasher fault, and rang BR, who gave us a quote, said he would attend that same day, and also inform us prior to attending. This he did.
Upon arrival he immediately got to work, and detected a problem with the dishwasher pump, a fault incidentally that he had not experienced previously. In his van stock he had a pump that was suitable for the machine, and fitted same. Our machine was up and running very soon afterwards.
All in all a great experience, and a competent professional approach to the task. Highly recommended.
