The servicing of the boiler and gas fire were done very well with all accompanying paperwork. Steven was flexible with the appointment and was thoughtful in alerting me to any small delay in arrival.

Steven came today to service my gas fire. He was punctual, kept me informed as to what he was doing and why and was clean and tidy. I feel you can't be too careful with gas and knowing he was fully registered and all checks in place was very reassuring. He wasn't over the top with price either. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him, in fact his phone number will be saved on my phone

Needed my gas hob replaced. Very satisfied indeed with the job. Steven was punctual, very efficient, clearly a professional and I was left with a neat, tidy job that I had full confidence in. I highly recommend him which is something I rarely do!

Steven has great customer service, he was prompt, very polite, considerate by wearing face covering and willing to give advice on another matter. I'd have no hesitation on hiring Steven Boyd again.

Used Steven to check some gas fittings prior to a cooker connection. Was so impressed that I had him back last year to service my boiler and he has just completed a second boiler service and I couldn’t be more pleased.
His timing is excellent, gave me a detailed rundown on the boiler condition and the cost is very reasonable .
Would thoroughly recommend.

Steven serviced our boiler and gas fire.
He arrived at the agreed time, undertook the work extremely efficiently, explained what he had done and bled and checked every radiator. The price quoted for the work was very competitive. We received detailed Certificates the same day.
Undoubtedly the best heating engineer that we have employed and would have no hesitation in recommending his company to anyone.
