Steven arrived promptly, and quickly set about servicing our Boiler.
Was very professional, and kept the work area tidy, just as he found it.
Explained everything at the end of the service, will definitely be giving him a call next year, and for any other issue we could encounter with the boiler.

3rd consecutive year SB gas serviced our boiler.
Steven is prompt in arranging date and time of inspection and takes time to complete necessary warranty requirements.
He explained exactly what repair was required to be carried out by our system supplier.

Steven was very friendly and walked me through what he was going to do. Once Steven had finished he explained a few things about the boiler and how it was still new and running efficiently. Very good customer service and will long forward to have Steven back next year to do the service again.

Needed a gas’s safety certificate. Prompt professional service received. Testing was carried out advice given regarding gas’s cooker pipe. Would definitely recommend.

Previously we had our gas hob installed by Steven First class job. Since then he has carried out the annual services on the Central Boiler in order to maintain the Warranty cover.
As always very reliable and on time.

Steven came out to service my boiler within a few days of originally contacting him and explaining what I was looking for which was ideal. He sent me a quote with a very in depth and detailed list of what is involved and what he would be doing. He arrived on time and got straight to work and kept me in loop with what was happening. Very professional, informative and at such a great price I highly recommend SB heating & Gas services!
