Thoroughly happy with the service from S&B Heating & Gas Services, suffice to say Steven will be my default go-to for any further work. Will gladly pass on his details to family, friends and would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone.

Where do you start?
Right from the quote, clear, concise and anything I had asked for or needed to know was in that initial reply. In contrast to other replies like "I can do it, here's my number". I replied at a weekend and had a reply back within the hour, a day and time was suggested. Arrived 2hrs early on the day of install after having made contact asking if arriving early was okay.

On arrival Steven pointed out the feed pipe already had a valve on it but had quoted for having to fit one, right away he said he'd knock £5 off the quote, he didn't need to do that, I was none the wiser, there's honesty for you right there.

The work was carried out professionally and to a high standard. I'm a fussy bugger with attention to detail, likewise this was a mantra of Steven at S&B, cleaned up after, put the cooker insitu and even took the time and bother to adjust the cooker legs to level it .....Kudos.

On completion he left the house but whilst sitting outside in the van the receipt and the warranty for the work carried out dropped into my email inbox.
